2025-07-07I would give this location a 5 but when I end up with a new stylist it is apparent that there is a breakdown in the training process. I've had it happen 3 times with the new stylist, poor cut, lack of attention to detail. I hope for the best with the new ones but it has been disappointing. With that being said the veteran stylist there are great.... Wish I had the time to wait for them to be available.

2024-08-10We have been going to the Great Clips in Forest Hill, for quite a few years. The store is always clean and the Great Clips App makes checking in super easy. What means the most to me, is our Stylist, Dani. We have a special needs son, who is confined to a wheelchair. It’s a small challenge keeping him still for his haircut, while in his chair, but Dani is incredibly patient with him and talks to him throughout the entire process. We highly recommend her!
