Inspire Nail Bar Rockville Maryland

I booked Joe at Inspire Nail Bar based purely on the reviews and photos I saw on Google about his work specifically , and I’m so glad I did. I came in with a previous set done at another salon and let him know I just needed a fill. Not only did he work with my existing base, but he completely transformed the shape and look of my nails. His attention to detail was outstanding from carefully refining the shape, to reworking the base, to making sure every part of the design was clean and precise. He was efficient without ever feeling rushed, and he communicated with me throughout the entire process to make sure I was happy at every step. He executed my cat-eye birthday nail design perfectly. I told him these are probably the best birthday nails I’ve ever had, and I truly meant it. For me, Joe did not disappoint at all. His skill, care, and professionalism really stood out. 10/10 – I highly recommend Joe if you value precision, creativity, and great service.

I went on a Saturday for acrylic fill and gel paint manicure. By Sunday the polish on both thumbs had lifted and the corner had chipped . I appreciated being told to come in to fix it, so I did. To me, a satisfactory solution would’ve been to remove the old polish in its entirety then, fix the nail with fresh acrylic to make it even with the rest of the nails, as it had chipped. Instead, the tech filed the nail, unevenly. With no plans on re-painting the nail , I had to express my frustration as the nail was uneven, blunt at the tip, and now the old polish looked awful. Then, she repainted my still uneven nail. I spent $70 total , after tip for a butchered manicure that looks like I had it done weeks ago. It’s unfortunate that some people don’t take pride in their job anymore or at least make some minor efforts to create a better customer experience.

This was my second time at Inspire Nail Bar and I had the best experience EVER! I can’t recommend Sophie enough…she did a fantastic job and really took her time to replicate the design I brought in. She was SO patient and friendly! I will definitely be coming back :-)

I was looking for a new nail tech and I’m so glad I found Joe! He did an amazing job and made sure I was comfortable and happy throughout the whole process. My nails came out beautiful — exactly how I wanted them. Highly recommend!

Absolutely ENJOYED my first visit to Beauty Gardens Nail & Spa, my new place for nails and beauty treatments! What a sweet and professional salon. The minute you walk through the door the pampering begins! HIGHLY recommend!!!
