I recently visited Wisteria Beauty Studio, and I can say it’s one of the best beauty salons I’ve ever been to. Their attention to detail is truly unmatched. My gel manicure came out absolutely perfect — the shape, the polish, and the overall finish were flawless and lasted longer than I expected. I also got my lashes done, and they turned out stunning! They look full, natural, and beautifully lifted without feeling heavy. The technician was gentle, precise, and made the entire experience so relaxing. The customer service at Wisteria Beauty Studio is exceptional as well. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for top-quality nails and lashes!

Nady is hands down the best 💅🏾👌🏾! Her manicures and pedicures are flawless, and she pays amazing attention to detail. Super professional, clean, and friendly. I always leave the salon feeling very pampered, 10/10 recommend!

Today was my first time visiting Wisteria Beauty Studio, and Nady completed my service. I got a regular polish (brought my own) mani + pedi. I am pleased with the way my nails turned out. Nady was personable, she took her time, and she checked in often regarding my comfort. I would not say my nails came out flawless (could be my choice in polish 🤷🏾‍♀️), but I am pleased & I plan to return again. There were two other staff members there (Lana & Victoria, I believe). They were not warm or friendly to me, but they may be to their own clients. And maybe it’s a cultural thing. The salon is just a little too cozy for that lack of attention. Overall, I’d recommend Nady & I will come again.

I’ve been coming here for a couple of months now and I absolutely love it! I get the pedicures and love the cleanliness and precision! Nady is the best! She is so sweet and welcoming. She makes sure you are comfortable, if you like your nail shape and color and checks in on you periodically through the service. I definitely recommend this studio for Russian pedicures!

From the moment I walked in, I knew this experience was going to miss the mark. I was greeted with confusion and questioning, as if I didn’t belong there or couldn’t possibly have an appointment in such a place. I’m guessing they are used to a certain type.I did not get a warm welcome… I would’ve expected that from a place with these prices. As I said I was met with confusion and asked 3 times did I have an appointment. My tech never introduced herself, never communicated, and barely engaged with me the entire service. The vibe was cold, unprofessional, and honestly uncomfortable. And the biggest shock? No polish included. At all. I can understand not polishing my broken toenail, but I’ve never been to a salon that doesn’t at least offer basic clear polish with a manicure especially when you’re charging premium prices. The one that was communicating for my nail tech who barely speaks English I assume told me to go see a doctor as if I wasn’t aware of my broken toenail. When I asked, I was told clear polish was ‘extra.’ I’ve never heard that in my life. Between the lack of customer service, the uncomfortable environment, the zero communication, and the surprise upcharge for something as simple as clear polish, this experience was extremely disappointing from beginning to end. I will not be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone looking for quality service or respectful treatment. I have an extra star because she did start on time. But the service, it was mediocre at best. Left feeling like time was wasted and so was money. Because really… not even a clear coat over the manicure?!? UPDATE: After coming home and actually looking at my feet, I had to come back and add more to my review. I spent $120 at Wisteria expecting high-end service, and I’m sitting here realizing my feet feel the exact same — hard, rough, and still full of calluses. For this price, my feet should not feel like I never even had a pedicure. I’ve gotten better results at regular Vietnamese salons for HALF the price, and they actually smooth your feet properly. And the fact that not even clear polish was included still blows my mind. At this point, I’m not sure what exactly the $120 was supposed to cover — because it definitely wasn’t quality, professionalism, or actual results. I shouldn’t walk out of a pricey salon feeling like I need to go get another pedicure somewhere else immediately. This whole experience has been disappointing from start to finish.
