Purity Nails and Spa

Sandy has been doing my nails for almost three years, and she always does an excellent job. Some of my friends have followed her to various salons where she has worked. Thank you for consistently delivering great results with my nails. Five stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Edited: had to ask for more work on cuticles for my hands and feet. It then felt like I was inconveniencing them and I was being rushed. I’ve been going here for years. My toes look awful. 90 bucks. Service seems to have gone down in quality. I’ve gotten dip by Tran several times and he is AMAZING. It’s not only beautiful nail designs; the growth I’ve had because he does such a great job with dip is unbelievable—see progression photos attached. (I do get gel on top when I get designs because obviously you can’t with dip). I’m obsessed every time. I literally bring in a photo and he does it. Also, Tran is as much of a perfectionist as I am with cuticles and lines, so I walk out happy every time. He always takes his time and it’s so worth it. Wanted to add on! Had my nails done a few weeks ago and wasn’t happy with it. Sandy told me to come in any time to get them redone for free. When I finally came back, she did them perfectly and free of charge. Amazing customer service!

Love Purity Nails and Spa…everyone who has ever helped me here is friendly and does a great job. I’ve especially liked Van and Fonda who do awesome jobs - with both mani’s and pedis. The space is clean, bright, and positive.

THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT PEOPLE- only money. The manicurist - Thu Thuy Le -who started my nails could not have been more rude and impatient. She behaved as though it was a favor for me to be there. During my pedicure I was left to sit with the wet towel for more than 15 min while she went goodness knows where. I removed the cold, itchy towel. She returned smacking on whatever she was eating - without apology. Then she polished my toenails unevenly. When I pointed out that the big toe nail color looked streaky -could she add an extra coat please - she huffed. When we got to the nails - she asked me if I wanted to keep my length - I said yes and she cut one before I could say no. Then she said now we need to add tips- Of course then it was necessary- I had different lengths on other nails and asked if she could add the tips to keep the length and make them even (as they have done EVERYWHERE else I have gone - without incident). She raised her voice at me and then angrily spoke about me in her language to the manicurist next her (as indicated by hand motions pointing at me). I went to the manager/owner - who did nothing and said nothing but hear me out then I was left to wait for an hour- - as she got up without apology - I could not leave since half my hand is done and half not. They let me sit there - no apology - no offer to make it right or better. No idea of who would come fix the issue or how. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT COME HERE. I NEVER write anything to complain and people and places can have bad days but this really hurt my feelings - and nothing was done to make it right on there part.
