A beautiful salon. Very clean. Lena is my technician. She is always on time with appointments and she does an awesome job. I really appreciate that the owner addresses me by my name ; and always thanks me as I leave. Highly recommend this salon. Ask for Lena!

Been here before as a back up to my normal nail shop if my regular nail tech is out of town. Most times it’s OK but today, not a very pleasant experience. Door was open so flies buzzing around everywhere and they had gnats which is not very sanitary. The sanitation according to the Maryland State board is not being uphold. They should be putting utensils in barbicide, they are not. Pedicure bowls, tables, chairs should be properly sanitized between customers. Nails and paint job are never pristine. They do a mediocre job. Not to mention I signed in, for services… paraffin pedicure, add on gel polish, and dip powder. Based on website services should have been $40+20+55. She overcharged by $5 for a full set which would mean they put fake nails on and they did not. Massage wa mediocre is that. Was like me rubbing lotion into my own skin. Then she did not give me my receipt so I went back to get one just to verify. I do not like people trying to get over on people and overcharge for things that they did not receive. It’s about principle! And no one even offered me a beverage while I waited 20+ minutes for my tech to arrive at the shop. Oh, and I forgot to mention Stella was late… my appointment was 6 o’clock. She got there at 6:25. Never once did she say I apologize for my tardiness or anything. Please do better and have better customer service l, sanitation practices, and etiquette. * The above was written about 15 minutes after paying. The mail tech left right after and they were closing. Update- next day why am I missing polish now.. it peeled! Gel polish should NOT peel! One thing they so not have to worry about is me coming back there again .

The sugar scrub was fine/relaxing, the experience itself was fine, but I left feeling VERY underwhelmed by how my painted toes look. My toenails might not be perfect or perfectly smooth, but other places I've gone have still managed to make them look shiny and pretty. If the tech used two coats of polish, it was the fastest two coats I've ever seen. No topcoat. To me they don't look any better than if I asked one of my daughters to paint my toenails. It doesn't look like it will hold up more than a couple days. My left big toe especially has some weird texture on it, either bubbling or... I don't know. But it's not smooth and that is not what the texture of the nail looks like underneath. I'm not mad, but it does feel like a complete waste of money. Back to my usual nail spa I guess.

This was the worst pedicure I’ve ever had. I’m eight months pregnant. The service felt rushed, and nothing was done properly. I paid $81 for a pedicure that left me mad and uncomfortable—not relaxed. I will not be returning and do not recommend this place at all.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE! I have been coming here for almost a year now and Out of my many years of going to different nail salons, i have never been to a place as this one. The staff is super warm and welcoming, they always give you what you ask for and do a marvelous job, EVERY TIME! Hung is especially great at his craft! Absolutely love it here and i have now found my forever home for getting my nails done. 5 stars all the way.
