Everything was so great! I went with my grandmother and my brother and everything was great. The environment was clean and peaceful and the staff is very sweet and kind. I forgot to ask the name of my stylist but she was amazing, attentive, and so nice to talk to. I'll definitely be coming here again!

Amazing service! Best pedicure I've ever had. My nails look perfect! This will definitely be me go to place! Highly recommend. I took my 7yr old niece and they did an amazing job on her tiny nails ❤️

I walked in for a regular manicure and Mi was my tech. First, she does not bring all my nails to same length, then she does not cut any of my cuticles, then she puts on a base gel and she puts me under the UV light ( I asked her specifically for regular manicure , not a gel one, she claims it s still regular , granted I do not want to be under UV light as I am pregnant at the moment ) then she puts on a light color that I picked and after 2 coats she tells me my emails are irregular and I need to pick a darker color. I walked out with no cuticles cut, no polish and charged for a full manicure price of 24$. Very rude and unprofessional as well. This is so disappointing, I will not be going back for sure. I’ve been a loyal customer of Eleven Eleven Nails for over two years, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Kevin, the owner, does a fantastic job every single time! The salon is clean, welcoming, and well-maintained, with a huge selection of colors (including OPI, which I love). Kevin and his staff are kind, efficient, and consistently provide top quality service. I’ve tried many nail salons throughout Harford and Cecil County, but this one truly stands out. I recommend Eleven Eleven Nails to all my friends. You won’t be disappointed!

My friend and I went in to get a regular mani/pedi as a walk in today. They let us know they were very busy and asked if we could come back about an hour later which we were fine with since we didn't have appts. When we came back Kevin gave us waters while we waited and was super friendly! Vicky did my nails and Lily did my friends nails and we were both super happy with the service and results. The salon is very clean and there was relaxing music playing. We're super happy that we found a spot to come back to routinely to get our nails done! 10/10 reccomend
