Edit part two - just stopped in, and the refused the refund they said I could have. And blatantly lied they spent thirty minutes trying to fix them when I was in on Saturday. I told them it should've been taken care of then and all I got was a shrug and "oh well". So yeah, don't go here, because if you end up not liking your nails, you'll be out of luck. Edit to add - they had replied to this review telling me to call or email them. I tried reaching out and have yet to receive a contact back. This is poor customer service and honestly embarrassing for them. The fact this is how I left AFTER their attemp to fix them is ridiculous. All of my nails are slanted, not cleaned up, lumpy and crooked. They're over filed on the sides and by the time the second fix happened, they just hurt to have filed. They're also supposed to be coffin shaped. I told them I'd like a refund for them and they told me they'd have to take them off. As soon as I said that was fine, suddenly they said all they could do was fix them for me. This isn't fixed. I don't recommend them. I'd even drive back to have them soaked off for a refund at this point. As someone who used to do nails, I'd be ashamed to have someone leave the salon like this. I will be telling everyone where I got my nails done, and not in the good way.

I heard such great things I’m so disappointed with my nails. $65 for a fill for my engagement nails which i emphasized multiple times. My cuticles weren’t touched, every nail is crooked, spots from my previous nail color not removed fully, smudges in the white French from the gel put on too early, bubbles in the gel coat, gaps between my cuticles and the nail since my cuticles weren’t touched at all, they used a different color acrylic to fill than i currently had so there’s a color difference and line in my nail bed, the thickness is uneven as well. The nail tech apologized multiple times and I felt bad but I feel I do need to let people know because these are the worst nails I’ve ever had when a French fill with chrome should be a super basic job. All photos attached are from right after the services was done.

love this place, came for the first time last night after calling in last minute and they still took me in. i had michael and he was great, he took his time on my nails but with efficiency. they are definitely experienced and do a great job. definitely my new main nail spot. thank you sm. i’m going to put a photo of what i asked for and what i got

I had an amazing experience getting my nails done here! The attention to detail in the design I wanted was incredible. The staff was friendly and made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. I couldn’t be happier with how my nails turned out!

I drive from Baltimore City to have my nails done here and have for years. Tracy and Michael keep an incredibly clean and well maintained salon. The staff is friendly and talented. Tracy, Cathy, Danny, Quinn and Sunita are all fantastic. I don’t trust anyone else with my pedicure.
