Natalie always takes good care of me any time I come visit for my nails and toes. I've been coming here for about 5 years off and on, and I always end up coming back to Natalie. She's the best! And the salon is always kept nice the atmosphere is chill and everyone is friendly. Highly recommend!

I had my first experience and all I can say is amazing. Natalie is great she recommended gel builder for my nails. It’s my first time getting gel builder and I love it. She also designed my nails exactly how I wanted them super tea. I highly recommend Natalie and for the ladies to go get builder .

Such a great experience today for my daughters first experience getting acrylic nails thanks to an amazing nail tech, Natalie! From the moment my daughter sat down, Natalie was so professional, friendly, and truly attentive to what we wanted. She took her time to make sure every detail was perfect, and it really shows in the final result. Not only are her nails exactly how she pictured them—beautifully shaped, clean, and polished to perfection—but the whole appointment felt relaxing and enjoyable. I also really appreciated how kind she was and how clean and well-kept the tools and workspace were. You can tell they care about both quality and hygiene. Whether you're looking for a simple manicure or something more creative, I highly recommend booking with Natalie! We will definitely be coming back.

She has good intentions by trying to make you feel like you are valued. It just depends who you are on what service ur going to receive! The place is under staffed & Over priced which i dont have a issue spending money if i get the proper service i came for but she doesn't even cut ur cuticles! If I'm spending 100 on nails I atleast expect that! Never have i had 2 pay extra! Also this Place does not have Google pay & the card machine is supposedly down we all know why because cash can't be traced! I may just pass that information along i should not have to pay a ATM FEE cuz your trying to get over on the government. So When i googled is cuticles part of getting ur nails done it says yes! I use to get my nails done regularly but with me being a trucker and traveling it was hard to maintain & now that I'm home more i decided I was going to start back up but I definitely am not pleased & better off with PressOn's. She does do great on Waxing I'll give her that! I honestly was just ready to get out of there. I hate to be mean but I'm tired of spending my hard earned money n not getting the proper treatment!

I wouldn't have given any star if I could. So my 2 daughters and I wanted to have a Mommy/daughter day and we went to 3 diff salons before we found Tip Top Nail & Spa. We get there and i was taken right away. The woman that did mine didnt speak any English at all. I showed her a pic of what I wanted and told her I wanted them square and longer than the pic. She took so long and was very slow. So there was a man that took my oldest daughter. The lady at the front desk had 2 ppl in her chair at the same time. So my youngest was still waiting. Well at this point I'm not even 1 hand done and we were there now for nout an hr an half. My oldest daughter was almost done now. Both of my girls got the same thing and had showed a pic also. The guy that took her couldn't do the design on the ringer finger so she settled for something else. Her nails actually looked the best out of all 3 of us. So the lady in the front gets done the 2 she had so she took my youngest. She was literally done her tips in 10 mins. Then she leaves with another client. Apparently she had a older client who passed away and she was going to the funeral home to paint her nails and toes. 45 mins later she comes back and rushes thru my daughter paint and design. To leave a clients for 45 mins is unexceptable and unprofessional. Im still not done at this point. My youngest doesn't like the ringer finger and the woman said its supposed to be lk that. That she has no nails and if they fall off its not her fault. I'm now done and she cut them so short. My thumbs are noticeablely different lengths. They are thick and uneven. I had somewhere to be so I had no time to get the fixed. She then tell me they only take cash. And she charged me 220$ for all 3 of us. I will not be returning. It just wasn't a good experience for any us. But I wasn't going to let that ruin our day. I hope noone else goes thru this. Now I have ti wear ugly nails for 2 wks so I can go somewhere else and get them fixed.
