Heidi Beauty Spa ,nails, Dominican hair stylist & barber shop

This was my second visit to Heidi’s Nail Salon. The first time I came alone and wasn’t sure if I would return. The young lady doing my nails did good work, but another staff member was sweeping toward me and toward the nail tech, which felt unprofessional and unnecessary. What brought me back was that they carry a specific nail brand I really like, and the quality of the nail work itself is genuinely good. This time, I came with my mom and daughter. We were all serviced, and again, the quality was good. However, there were several concerns that are worth mentioning: Time: We were there for about three hours for three people (gel mani/ped) and they had 3 techs, which was much longer than expected. Cuts: The tech working on me and my mother cut both of us. My cut wasn’t severe, but my mother’s was bad enough that she was bleeding. That’s dangerous for seniors like my mom with other health problems that could prevent proper healing. The bigger issue is the techs response. She was scared and immediately asked for help which she received. My daughter’s tech did great with no issues. Professionalism: Staff talked loudly on speakerphone and played music like it was a club. It made the atmosphere feel unprofessional and chaotic. Water/Refreshments: They offered my mother coffee but told me there was no water—yet I saw bottled water being taken out for staff. For a three-hour visit, I definitely expected to at least be offered water. Overall: The nail work is good, but the professionalism and safety concerns are hard to overlook. I wouldn’t bring elderly clients here due to the risk of cuts, and I hope they improve communication, cleanliness, and hospitality. With a few changes, this could be a great salon.

I was searching for a good nail place to get my back to school nails done. I saw this place had good reviews and decided to give it a try! I absolutely loved it, the customer service was sweet and caring the vibe was nice. I will be coming here for any other service i need later on ! i recommend 100% 💕

So I really love the place! The atmosphere is beautiful and positive! The ladies here are so kind and respectful ! I already enjoy it! The owner Heidi have such a wonderful energy that I am coming back for sure! It is so clean and does not smell like nail chemicals like most nail salons! They only been here for 5 months! They are doing such a great job! I'm coming back for sure! They even gave me a free sample of lotion and oil that the owner made herself! Like I'm coming back and you should come here! They will not disappoint! 😊😍 Update 04/11/24 Read 👇🏾 I still absolutely love Heidi salon that I had to get a Mani and Pedi from her employees! Omg they are so good and very precise and clean! It sucks that I can't speak Spanish so eventually I am going to learn it! I can't wait! 🤗🤗 I will still come to her till this day! 😍❤️ I am telling you that you will not regret it!! Come in and witness the calming, clean, atmosphere of Heidi Salon!! 😉

Amazing service! All the ladies offered a warm welcome and were very professional and friendly. They were even friendly to my curious and shy 2 year old. They understood I only speak a little Spanish but we made it work lol I will be coming back. Thank you all for everything! Update 3/7- went in for my birthday pamper session. My girl snapped. She gets my right every single time. I think I found my new nail bestie. She has a customer for life. Gracias Mama mis uñas son hermosas! 🫶🏽💕 Call and book with my ladies you won’t be sorry!
