Exceptional service. I’ve gotten my nails done by Lily, Rebecca, Kit, and Evelyn and all of them have done an outstanding job. They make you feel welcome, are thorough, and all four are able to any nail designs I have brought to them. Highly recommend.

I went in for an acrylic design and my nail tech was Christina. She did such an amazing job!! I loved how they turned out! We weren’t able to finish more than the base acrylics the first day because I had to go but I came back the next day and we finished no problems! The salon is very sanitary and doesn’t smell strongly of nail products like other salons I’ve been to so bonus points for that! I would definitely recommend this place and will be coming back!

Last visit ended up with me not staying. I’ve been here about 7-8 times and each time the service provided was awesome. Work is very good to be honest. The problem is they are not as friendly to certain people who look a certain way 🙋🏿‍♀️ as the are to other that look another way. I will say in the past never rude just not friendly. The other day I went with my daughter to get the works. Soon as we walked in with our bubbly personalities we spoke first. The lady at the desk not only did she not speak back she didnt even acknowledge us entering. I decided to speak again and say hello how are you. She look me straight in the face and replied how can I help you in a very annoyed manner. I said o are you ok can you say hello. She repeated herself..how can I help you. I said o wow. Another lady said she is busy and focused how can I help you. I said to her hello she said hello how can I help you the other lady never decided to say hello. My daughter and I said it’s ok yall have a great day and left (we had a 1230 appointment and arrived at 1225) we ended up at ALLURE NAILS in COLUMBIA (mango tree)… EVERYTHING ABOUT THAT PLACE IS AMAZING!!! They are VERY friendly, professional and work is amazing? They even provide fruit and snacks. Cute response!!! Definitely half true and an excuse for the behavior. It’s my review on GOOGLE and I wrote what I felt and wanted with integrity and transparency. Do better not explain.

Oh My Goodness! Amazing amazing experience. Evelyn did my nails and she was just the sweetest thing. Very accommodating and patient throughout my 4 mind changes! She did my Manicure and Pedicure and my nails came out perfect 🥹 I’ve been having the hardest time lately and she made my day SOOOO much better
