I'm so disappointed 😞. I haven't gotten a Mani/Pedi in forever because mom life...so I went to treat myself to a classic Mani/Pedi. First, I picked this place because of the good reviews and because I liked the idea of using nail policy that was not toxic and won't turn my nails yellow. They helped me pick a nice pink color. Then they had me wait over 30 minutes from the time they said they could take me...this led to me running out of time so after my pedicure was done and we made our way to the manicure table, I told the technician that I wouldn't have time for color so just do a manicure without color. She did, and not only did it look awful (I have pretty nails so I don't need nail polish for my nails to look nice...I was looking forward to them being cleaned up and shaped) but also she filed the top of my nails like you would do if you're going to put color. Then she cut my finger when cleaning the cuticles and my figure kept bleeding. She apologized bit in the end, despite starting on me late, ruining my fingernails, and making me bleed, they made me pay the full amount. Now I'm out the money and I feel like crap and my nails look like crap. Another worker (maybe a manager) offered to do my nails after I went to pick up my son and his friends but I told them I had to get his friends home. I'm just so disappointed 😞

I’ve been coming to this nail salon for a while now, and it’s always a wonderful experience! The atmosphere is clean, relaxing, and welcoming. Everyone is professional and attentive, but Lily is truly the best! She is meticulous, skilled, and takes the time to make sure every detail is perfect. Lily always exceeds my expectations, I highly recommend this place!

I would not recommend this nail salon. On the positive side, the staff was very nice. However, being nice does not replace skill. I requested a simple SNS dip design, but the technician struggled to get it right. My final nail finish wasn’t smooth—you could see the lines, and the texture was rough rather than sleek. I arrived shortly after 5 PM and didn’t leave until nearly 8 PM. Spending three hours at a nail salon is ridiculous, especially when the same person does both my hands and feet. On top of that, my nails didn’t even last two weeks. SNS is supposed to last 3–4 weeks, yet one nail was already breaking before the two-week mark. I spent $140, and it was a complete waste of money. To make matters worse, after removing the nails, I discovered a fungus on two of them—something I definitely didn’t have before visiting this salon. If I could give this place a negative 20-star rating, I would.

I am delighted to share my recent experience at vegan nail salon near me. The technician I had was exceptionally nice and sweet, and she truly did an amazing job. I am thrilled with how my nails turned out, and I am beyond satisfied with the service I received. The salon was able to bring to life whatever design I desire, thank you for providing such a wonderful service.

I love coming to this business because Tina does an amazing job with my manicure and pedicure. Jenny does an increíble job with facial. Please everyone, come and ask for any of them. I am super happy with their service.
