My experience genuinely was so good. I had been to other nail salons/spas where i didn’t feel comfortable enough to go over the nail length shape or design. Abby was great and was super open minded and reassured me into being vocal about what i wanted and took her time. I will definitely be recommending family and friends.

Today I had the sports pedi with a paraffin wax treatment. Abby did such a great job and was fantastic at answering my questions. I highly recommend getting your pedicure done at Elite. I followed up with Mia who gave me a facial. If you haven’t had a facial yet, I highly recommend getting one from Mia. Her knowledge in her field is exceptional and my facial was AMAZING!

Went in for an eyebrow waxing and had a great experience. However, I will never get a haircut here again. I asked for a trim and specifically told the stylist I was trying to grow my hair out and that my last haircut was uneven. She proceeded to cut off over 2 inches of my hair, then pointed out the uneven angle from my last haircut that she had followed. In order to make it more even she had to cut a significant amount more of hair off. My hair is back to chin level and when I started it was below my collarbones. I’m very unhappy, I’ve lost all my hair growth progress and wish I never went in.

The most luxurious and relaxing manicure ever. I got my tips filled and it was so relaxing and luxurious. I can’t wait until my next appointment!
