Cindy Whetzyl - the best I have had as a stylist- and that is for the last 30 years! Cut, color and style. I trust her overall judgement regarding color, style of cut, other ways to create a look you will love.

Brenna did mine and my bridesmaids’ hair for my wedding, and she was so wonderful!! She came on-site which was so helpful. She was so receptive and responsive, and did a beautiful job. I was so happy with how everyone’s hair looked, and everyone’s hair stayed put all night and day. Not to mention, Brenna was such a calming presence the morning-of! Highly recommend her for any event, and would definitely work with her again. Thank you so much for everything!! :)

I’ve been to Mint salon many times over the years and seen 2 different stylists. On 2 separate occasions the salon has canceled my appointment not once but TWICE in a row. 4 times in total. 3 of which were the same day as my appointment. The first couple times the stylist reached out and provided some reasoning (family emergency), but this most recent time I’ve gotten no explanation. After waiting for over a month only to be canceled on last minute, I’m getting pretty irritated. It’s unprofessional and ridiculous this has happened this many times. I understand each stylist has their own stuff going on, but after this many times through the same salon, I can’t help but think it’s a business problem not a stylist problem. I won’t be returning.

Jesse Shaw is a hair stylist that just joined this group. If I could give her less than one star, I would. I saw Jesse less than 8 weeks ago for extensions. When we had our consultation I explained exactly what I was looking for as well as my concerns. Mind you, being a “professional” she should know how to install extensions on thin hair. However that wasn’t the case. She installed 6 wefts in 2 rows, these extensions were also 22” way too heavy for that many wefts! This caused balding on the side of my head. I reached out to her to address my concerns in which she was unable to fit me in until 5 days later. The morning of my appointment she canceled so I had someone else remove my extensions. The aftermath is horrific! I should’ve known her level of professionalism when she was licking the thread attached to my head, but against my better judgement I gave her a chance. If you’re a hairstylist or have any common sense you would know that thinning already thin hair is not ideal and should be avoided. I asked her specifically not to do so as I had this issue with a prior stylist. I also asked Jesse for a trim- which she had decided to put the extensions in beforehand? Well as a result my hair is completely uneven and much thinner. Initially I wasn’t going to make a stink, but after seeing my hair without extensions I am beyond upset. Especially when I paid over a thousand dollars for a luxury service. I reached out to Jesse asking for a refund and instead of her offering some sort of compensation she decided to say “this could be due to home care and that sometimes this will happen” she wanted no accountability at all, but instead blocked me. Please do yourself a favor and save your hair😔

Had a customized facial and waxing appointment with Danielle. The facial was absolutely blissful. I have acne prone sensitive skin and she is incredibly knowledgeable about skin type and care. My skin felt and looked amazing after the facial. Can't wait for another facial and am excited to try other services she offers. In terms of the waxing everything was clean and hygienic and she had excellent attention to detail. Danielle has a wonderful bubbly personality that immediately put me at ease and made the whole experience enjoyable. I will definitely be a repeat customer!
