I Spa Nails

I was not very happy with my end result at this salon. When I first got there I was greeted and told to pick my colors and sit in one the pedi chairs. Everything seemed like a normal salon however I sat there dogs out (toes ) sitting in a seat no water to soak in. Then when someone did come over it was the most rushed job I’ve ever had. My toes hit the water and the 2 seconds later they where out the water she only cut cuticles on my big toe and the rest my toes where no existent. I upgraded my package in hopes for cuticles done callus removal and a baby massage i did not receive that everything was just sped through and my cuticles were just painted over. I also paid for a manicure and same lady did that as well very sped through id already done my cuticles yesterday on my hand so they weren’t to bad she did trim them all though the little that I didn’t get she did a good job shaping she did refuse the design I had which was a penguin on one finger honestly not mad about being denied a design I’d rather them do that then make a mess of a design trying so I went with the cats eye gel which one my thumbs did not get done correctly some the sides of my nails did come out lumpy so ya if you want a place that’ll just paint your nails then yes this place can do it but don’t expect any spa like treatment her mediocre work at best. Also don’t plan for small talk Kim was on the phone for 50% of my service and she also didn’t seem like wanting to talk anyways just made grunting sounds or moaning the whole time idk if she’s in pain or what.

My boyfriend got a manicure and I got a dip, so happy with it but not all of the sides were shaven down so it irritated a few nails/skin sometimes. Lasted a long time.

I got a new set here. The woman who did my nails was nice but she filed my nails square, I asked for ballerina so I had to reshape them when I got home. &when filing then I yelled ouch, she laughed it off called me sensitive. Which i am, but she filed my skin down to the flesh &my nails hurt. Its been 24hra after getting them &I've never regretted getting the done more. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because she was very nice &she did a good job other than shaping my nails the way I asked &taking the skin off my finger it started bleeding today &my nails are ao sensitive now. &i tipped her well. It's hard to find someone who's gentle &won't freaking hurt me but I'm over it. Probably never getting my nails done again.

My daughter and I have been coming here a few months as one of her friends came here and loved it. We absolutely love coming here. The customer service is always warm and welcoming. I come in every two to three weeks and it’s nice being remembered. I’ve had nails specially done for me by Andy and loved it. My daughter lives getting designs done by Andy. She’s quiet and shy, but the staff is very welcoming! Will continue to return. (:

Worst nail salon in the city. The quality is horrible. I have a regular nail tech I go to for my nails but I needed a pedicure so I stopped in. When I tell you go somewhere else or wait .. save your money it’s not worth it. Not only did she hold my toes so tight they turned red.. while I am sitting here drying .. I still have her nail marks in the sides of them. I do not leave bad reviews but I had to say something. My 4 year old could of done a better paint job. It makes me so mad.. please please go somewhere else.
