I can’t say enough good things about serenity! The staff is so personable and welcoming—you feel more like family than a customer. They are incredibly patient and sweet with my daughter, making her feel comfortable and included every time we go. The attention to detail is amazing, and our nails always come out looking flawless

I’ve been getting my nails done at this salon for almost a year, and I have never had an experience as bad as my most recent visit. When I went in to have my nails removed, three of my nails had fungus underneath — something that has never happened to me before. Instead of showing concern or taking responsibility, they still charged me $15 just to soak the nails off. For a place I’ve trusted for so long, the lack of accountability and customer care was extremely disappointing. Not only was I left dealing with a health concern, but they also refused to waive the fee despite the situation clearly being related to their service. I will not be returning, and I hope they take this seriously before anyone else has to deal with the same problem.

This is my favorite place! They are always so kind, helpful, and truly care about you. They never make me feel like just a number. I always feel special here. I drive 30 mins to get here! It is worth the drive! Every time!

The only good thing I can say is I was a walk in and they got to me fast. Other than that.. horrible. I already had fake nails on that were only 2 weeks old. So I needed a fill in & I wanted the color changed. They charged me 85$. My best friend got a full set with only two nails with designs and black tips. Her nails were 80$. So why were my nails that only needed fill ins done close to the same price as a whole new set!? My friends toes were 70$. My thumb nail polish has already started to come off, it’s only been 5 days.

Natalie took care of me! She was wonderful! I enjoyed chatting with her and she did a wonderful job on my nails, especially the detailing and art!
