Luxx Nails and Spa in Sulphur.

Got a pedicure done by Miss Anna and had the BEST experience with her. She was very sweet and laughed with me and my sister while we were there. The spa treatment during the whole experience was rop tier and im very picky with people touching my feet. I went to the 206 s cities service sulphur la location.

I’ve given this place several chances and EVERY time I get disappointed and unsatisfied. The nails are always mediocre, they take 2 damn hours for a new set and 1.5 for a fill, I’ve been told “no” to an extra coat when I’ve asked, I’ve had a lady use a millimeter wide brush and try doing French tip 7 times and they get made at me when I asked for someone else (I was there 3 hours that day), I kept ever get exactly what I want cause of time and low quality. Expect to get charged $65 for a REFILL and all I got was white French tip, oh and 4:35-6:10pm. She got upset with me and talked under her breath cause the polish looked back and I wanted it fixed multiple times, didn’t even get the extra design I wanted because you can’t trust them to do it right! Save your time and money and go somewhere decent.

I had never used this shop before. I normally go to Avalon Nail Spa in Lake Charles by Target. However, lately their service has been off, so I tried Luxx Nails in Sulphur,LA. My full set nails were $65. I got dip powder, as the lady said it'd help my nail designs look cleaner. Unfortunately, I won't be going back. The nail tech cut me enough times that she was putting that green liquid glue stuff on my cuticles before filing. She was in such a rush to get back to her phonecall, she left dip powder all around my fingers. I'm going to have to go home and refile, reshape and remove dip, AFTER paying her to do this. I do like the design itself but I shouldn't have to clean blood and dip powder off my freshly manicured hands. Very disappointed.

They did an amazing job with my nails ! They really took their time with shaping and painting them. Loved the overall experience, will definitely be coming here again.

Walked in and i was greeted by the receptionist she asked what i wanted. Sat me down for maybe 5 minutes then took me to the chair for a pedi i sat there 30 minutes never was i greeted by a technician never was i offered a drink of water or anything but those around me were. I finally decided to leave asked to speak to a manager i was told she’s busy i can wait. They need some training on manners this place never have to worry about seeing me or my money.
