Adore Nails

I came in to get a refill and eyebrows arch and walked out with a half job I was getting charge $65 and $14 of those dollars was going on my eyebrows. I showed a picture of how I wanted my nails done and the lady who was gonna be doing them at first didn’t know how to them so instead of letting me know she couldn’t do it she attempted and I didn’t like it so I asked her to do something simple she got an attitude and the manager came over and started doing my nails but I told her I wanted the simple style as well she starting doing it and told me the price which was $65 and I asked for a price break down bc I was getting a refill .. I asked her if she could make my eyebrows thinner and the manger proceeded to say that I’m being difficult so I asked her to remove the polish and take my nails off she said you already got refill you will have to pay and when removing the polish messed up the acrylic Basically messing up the refill that, I still have to pay for. I never understood how me wanting my eyebrows done the way I want them done is me being difficult. In the first pic is what I show her how I wanted my eyebrows done, which is how I had my eyebrows done before she proceeded to tell me that my eyebrows are like the picture and then try to take a picture of my eyebrows, but when I took the selfie, they don’t look the same None of my nails We’re Evenly both dumbs look different both middle fingers look different both pointy fingers look different I definitely do not recommend and if you do decide to go ask for Winnie she the only decent one up in there she was busy so I didn’t get with her but I recommend going to city nails on plank Road or Jade nails and spa of Siegen

Tuesday was my first time every going to Adore nails and I had a great experience. Everyone was so attentive and accommodating. I really had the spa experience. The colors they offer were all so pretty. I was able to get my manicure and Pedicure done at the same time which was wonderful for me. And my eyebrows came out the best I've ever had them done. It was worth every penny.

Best nail salon for me and my daughter. The technicians were very friendly and made you feel like you were at home.

What I want vs what I got. I can say I’m satisfied with this place granted it is only my second time going but the environment is welcoming and the service is amazing. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 only because the first time I came it took 3 people to get the hearts correct on my nails which wasn’t a problem just became irritated slightly. I do recommend this place and will be back.

Had been going for quite awhile but this last time did it for me. It was already pack & I had been sitting for an hour which I never complain about waiting anywhere. The problem was as more people was coming in & they didn’t want anyone to turn around they skipped over me. Still I got my nails done due to not wanting to go anywhere. I should’ve went elsewhere though because my nails was rushed and not worth it. Within a day one chipped completely compared to the other chips. Not sure if my nails wasn’t glued properly or completely just not done right because you can clearly see my nails not attached to the fake nail all the way. I’m pretty sure i can slide a card underneath & they’ll pop off easily. Random chunks of acrylic was left underneath some of my nails. It’s unfortunate and I won’t be back.
