2025-09-19I’ve been 2x to Harmony Nails being close to where I lived in Baton Rouge. To be honest, I love the service and people there, but both times I’ve been, the nails do not look like the reference photos. The first time were fine, just not exactly as pictured. The second time, The chrome and color wasn’t close, and you can tell there’s errors on the thumb and index. The second time I went, my thumb was filed but to the point I started bleeding and I expressed I was bleeding because he cut too close and flinched. (Reference photo). I still had to pay $75 and tipped 20% even after bleeding and my thumb feeling uncomfortable, though I shouldn’t have. They truly are lovely people though!! **edited regarding shop’s response** no, I did not confuse the nail salon as I’ve lived in Baton Rouge for years, and it is quite the only salon near Rouses. My name in their system is not my full name / Google name for confidentiality reasons. I have receipts from this place.

2025-02-09My daughter and I both went here together. At first I thought it was great. However the water was cold for my pedicure and I was cut on one toe. My daughter was cut on one toe so bad she had to wear a band aid because it kept bleeding. For our manicure, hers was great. However with mine when I left I was wondering why my right hand kept attracting lint. Come to find out, the clear gloss was never put on. I tried to fix it at home. Even when paying prices were more than advertised online
