I loved the application, shaping, and designs. They pay really close attention to detail. One set stayed on perfectly for 5 weeks.

Just got nails done. Not impressed at all. First off the color I picked and what they gave me. Totally different. No cuticle work done, horrible looking acrylic job. Under side of nails are so rough they are snagging on everything. Not to mention they were rude and made me feel like I was wrong for questioning. Will not return. Lady doing pedicure didn’t even smooth heels at all.☹️

I’m so frustrated I’m writing this from the parking lot. I truly respect my elders, but it may be time to bring in new techs. I came in for a fill-in and a pedicure. The pedicure came first, and by the time it was over, I declined any further service. From the start, it was disappointing. She used a drill to remove my gel polish—which I already didn’t love—but then left patches of polish all over my toes. I asked if she would remove the old polish completely before adding a new color. She said yes, but later tried to apply clear polish over the leftover polish. I had to stop her. Someone else eventually stepped in to understand my request and finish removing the polish. She barely scrubbed my feet, didn’t remove any skin, and didn’t shape or file my nails. It was the most bare-minimum pedicure I’ve ever received. Then came the thick white lotion. I knew it wouldn’t rub into my melanated skin, so I asked for a towel to remove the excess. She didn’t understand me, so I had to use the towel under my feet to wipe it off myself. It sat so long it had already left a white cast. This is my second experience like this in Danville, and I know I’m not the only Black person here. If you want repeat customers, take the time to understand what works for everyone—not just some. I’ve given this place multiple chances over the years. It came recommended by family, but I won’t be spending my money here again. I paid $60 for what was essentially a sloppy polish job. No thank you. Response to the business: Let me be clear: publicly commenting on the condition of my nails was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. If my nails were “very thin,” that’s something you could have communicated privately and compassionately during the service- not used after the fact to deflect criticism. Also, using a drill on supposedly fragile nails makes no sense. And the lotion you used visibly sat on top of my skin, which is not uncommon for products that aren’t formulated with deeper complexions in mind. If you’re serious about inclusion and cultural sensitivity, start with the basics: respectful communication and product variety. I’ve already decided not to return, and I stand by my experience. This response only further confirms that choice. No further engagement is necessary.

Did not follow correct steps for SNS. Lefts old SNS under and built upon it. Left SNS all over my skin. Tried to file it off instead of use remover when I asked. Cut my cuticle because of excessive filing.

I have gone here for years, and over the years, the service has gone done hill. Today was my very last visit. I went in for a spa pedicure, and I paid and tipped before even looking at my feet. I now wish I hadn't. I have more nail polish on my skin than my toes and it looks like the brush was damn near dry when they were putting it on my nail. I left without giving them a chance to fix it because this man should have never been with a client to begin with.
