July 2025, so pleased with the services I received. Staff were kind, extremely knowledgeable, down to earth and I love my color and cut. I received a shadow root with blonde highlights throughout. Casey did a great job on my hair. Appointment wasn’t rushed- even though the ladies were busy, and Vanessa took the time to make sure I was more than happy with the outcome. It’s hard to find service like this and I’ll definitely be back. I don’t leave reviews often at all & I highly recommend.

Love my girl Ally! My hair always looks amazing when I leave! The atmosphere is wonderful as well! All the girls are so sweet! I’ve been to multiple salons over the years because stylists never seem to stay in one place! The staff at Impressions have been there for years because it’s a wonderful place to work. This salon is the prettiest salon I’ve ever been to. If I could give them 10 stars I would! I promise you will not regret choosing any of the stylists there to take care of you.

Everyone of these girls are the Bomb. Holly and Vanessa have done outstanding colors for me. They were able to get me in yesterday to accommodate my upcoming vacation. I love my new color Vanessa!!

DONT GET YOUR HAIR DONE HERE. After a few days of stewing and being dyed red I thought I'd come share my experience. I've provided the pictures of what color I wanted what I got the first time and what I got the second time after she tried to fix it. I don't understand how me saying I want it as bright as you can gets lost in translation. Not to mention that she did the weirdest process I've ever seen. Wasting so much time. She cut me hair( not the actual cut I was asking for) then put the black in along with a lightener even though my hair was blond. Then washed then put the red in while I was still at the washing station while my hair was wet. Then dried and finished the cut. It wasn't until she finished styling it that I realized the color was completely wrong( I wear glasses and am literally blind without them can't see a thing) it was this orange red color. I was struck dumb for a minute bc what? This isn't even in the same hemisphere of what I asked for. I told her it was wrong and she offers to fix it. I come in the next day. No lightener, no anything to lighenen the red. She puts more product on my head and then tell me she put a little purple in it to get rid of the "orange". Like what???? As soon as she dried it I was completely outraged. Completely stupefied at how someone could misunderstand this bad about color. After she was done I just left bc I was a bomb waiting to go off. If you want your color to come out correct this isn't the place. Not to mention that she didn't wash it properly so my face and shoulders are being dyed red by DRY hair. So now I look like a damn red person. I'm pissed. Update: I'm so mad right now. In all the years I have been dying my hair I have never had color bleed like this. I have washed my hair several times trying to get it to stop bleeding and it won't stop. It's ruined my clothes my bed sheets pillow cases and several towels. And even my hands. And thus is mostly while it DRY. Can't wear my hair down or even wear it where my hair touches my clothes. I'll be going in to not only asking for a refund but also asking for a list of what products they used in my hair. Then I'll have to go somewhere else to try to get this fixed. Update: I talked to the owner. I tried to explain everything but she told me that I got exactly what I asked for. Clearly not. Refused to refund me and told me that I just wanted free services. Lady i got money I don't need free services. I told her she is a scammer. I've told to a bunch of other places explained what happened and they can't even figure out what could have caused this. Even though I went in calm and tried to be nice the owner Vanessa was so rude and entitled. Wouldn't listen. DONT GO HERE IF YOU WANT GOOD SERVICE AND WANT TO GET WHAT YOU ASK FOR

Came in as a first time customer for a first time ever Brazilian wax Casey was my personal waxer and she is completely amazing. Not awkward at all. She’ll keep you laughing and talking. She’s an interesting young lady. Far as I could find a pretty much the only person around Danville that will do a full So I’ve got to give her 100% props just for doing a job. It seems like nobody else wants to do and you can tell that she loves her job and that’s a rare find She makes herself available for any questions or concerns after visits. I will recommend anybody I know that is looking for a personal waxer to her Thanks so much, kasey for taking me in as a client
