2025-06-03The lady was very sweet and I know she tried her best. I thought it was ok in the moment but after I got into the car and in better light, it just wasn’t good. I have left unsatisfied the last couple times I’ve been here. The last guy I had didn’t listen to me, I would say “natural round” and he kept filing inwards and I left with almond shaped nails that I had to refile when I got home. And today the ladies were very nice but there’s heavy polish build up and I feel like each nail is a different shape (see pics) it looks like I have clumps of play-doh on my nails 😩

2025-05-10My first time in today - I had my tips taken off and got just a clear mani and a gel pedi - very uneven nails, uneven color on toes and still calluses (Deluxe Pedi). $109...The pics will speak for themselves. I will NOT be back.

2024-11-27Since moving away from my friend and nail girl, Angie, it has been so hard to find someone in Troy to do my nails the way I like them ( beyond picky ask Angie 🤣 ) well let me tell you Holli and Duc at Lovely Nails 💅 have been absolutely AMAZING. Nothing is “ to difficult “ for them! They NAILED my vision. The level of customer service has been OUTSTANDING and they have definitely proven to me they are the best in town! Go see them. You won’t be disappointed. They also have the best cat eye collection around!

There was a kind woman who I had the pleasure of having a great conversation with and she did an EXCEPTIONAL job on my nails! I will be back for Teresa ! She was so kind and attentive. She explained what she was doing the entire time!

2024-11-16My sister had recently got her nails done and the price is outrageous she had gotten her nails done for homecoming and got a full new set, French tip, and chrome and that cost $65.00 and today she had went in and got a Fill, French tips, and small bows and that cost $90.00. I am just completely blown away by the price because how does a full new set cost less than a fill completely ignorant and rude service. P.S. they just charge whatever price they want.
