We always have amazing service. Very talented employees. They always create amazing tiny art pieces. Lilly and John and all the rest too, but I cannot remember names lol 😆 we always leave with more than we expected

I just had the absolute best experience with Winfield nails. I have got my nails done religiously for the past 7 years and this has been my best experience yet. They are so personable, and make sure you love your nails before you walk out that door…my nails are FLAWLESS!!!! I will definitely be back as a regular customer!

This was by far one of the best nail salons I’ve been to. I don’t get my nails done often, but the staff was incredibly helpful in walking me through the options. They suggested dip powder instead of the Gel X I originally planned on, which I ended up liking. After trying it, I realized I’d probably prefer Gel X next time. Still, I appreciated the thoughtful recommendation. The nails techs were friendly and welcoming, and they make a genuine effort to acknowledge you as soon as you walk in. You’re definitely not just a number here. I’ll absolutely be back, thank you!

Had an appointment; Waited 20 minutes and was then told they were behind because someone was sick; as if they didn’t know this when I walked in or how about calling to see if I could come in later. Had to go with someone else or wait ant least 45 minutes - and ended up with a horrible pedi experience. She left her seat to go get supplies and was gone almost 5 minutes to came back with toe spacers and those stupid flips which I don’t use and even with that, pedi lasted less than 30 minutes. Gotta love her pony tail dragging across my toenails while she painted them and the polish is not smooth, probably old. I have waited before so clearly they either overbook or double book their clients - that’s 3+ strikes and I’m out. I’m looking for a new place!
