2025-11-21I have been going to this place on the regular but yesterday the vibe was off. Vivian did my nails and had the nerve to have an attitude because I told her that it's not the shape I wanted. I wanted a tapered square..I'm new to all these new names with nails these days.She was making it a square..I told her it seems like you have an attitude and I can come back tomorrow when your energy is better..we went back and forth a bit .not loud,not aggressive nor rude. She completed my nails..upcharged me by $10 and then told me I couldn't use my $10 off service unless I pay cash. My nails are crooked and not worth what I paid 😒 I will be calling my bank to dispute the charges..the manager Mary attitude was nice- nasty too. I did not go off because I'm a lady and didn't want to cause a scene. They surrounded me at the register..it was horrible. I will never go back there. I heard a white woman complain and they fixed it with no problems. I gave them 2 stars because the place is clean and they have alot of nail colors. Look at the photos..not the same shape and way off smh It's sad that they lost a guest and my family I've sent to the business ,over miscommunication of a nail shape name and weird upcharge. 💅🏾

2025-06-22I’ve been coming here for years and I am so happy every time! I got my nails done here before my engagement, my wedding, and just regularly for my day-to-day. I constantly get compliments on my nails - I think I’ve gotten designs done by like 4 or 5 different technicians and it’s fabulous every time. The whole staff is really incredible and talked me into services that are better suited for my budget and my lifestyle. 10/10 recommend!!!

2025-11-15I always go there with Vivian and she always pays great attention to detail. She's great at picking out colors for the designs I want and I always get designs. Communication is key! Let them know what you like, be nice, and they'll give you the prettiest nails!

2025-08-30Sonia did the most beautiful job on my nails today!!!!! I’ve had work done by several other techs (Vivian off the top of my head) who are also amazing. The best, most affordable place. They are always busy so I advise making an appt! Highly recommend
