Kim has been doing my nails for two years now and she nails them every time! She is always professional, friendly, and cares a lot about her clients’ nails. I won’t let anyone else do my nails but her!! I get compliments on my nails daily!

literally the worst and only nail shop i’ve been to. well, atleast nobody but the guy who did my nails both times was mean + doesn’t know how to do long lasting nails. for a little background, i went to the nail shop march 20th with my best friend and we got acrylic nails! the guy who did my nails took 2 hours the first time and don’t get me wrong they turned out amazing but 6 days after i got them done they started to pop off. i didn’t have my hands in water that much and i barely even messed with them. so we went back to get them done again and guess what?? i got the SAME guy who did my nails the first time. i was very unhappy because like i said he was unfriendly and gave off bad vibes and didn’t do my nails justice, but these ones lasted a week before one BROKE IN HALF. he took 2 and a half hours to do my nails this time. i felt bad, so i left a tip for him but he didn’t even say thank you. the atmosphere in this place was HORRIBLE. everyone here was talking really loud and always speaking in a different language. i don’t know the guys name who did my nails, but i wouldn’t bother going at all. don’t waste your money on people who are just rude and don’t do you right.

I have been a regular customer at Baby Nails and Wax for the past three years and I can say, with my perfectly manicured hands down, that this is the BEST location for your nail needs. Nam has been so attentive and precise in his craft of creating the best appearance of my fingers and toes. Let me first say, I came in because I went to the baby nails location in Oak Park previously about a week ago. I was unsatisfied with the color, contacted them a day later, plus 3 of my nails had cracked. I went to them to explain my situation and all they could do was 20% off. That left me a very unhappy customer. HOWEVER I went to this location in Lenexa and immediately had a WAY better experience right when I walked in the door. Henry was amazing, he helped me pick out a beautiful red color that would compliment my skin tone. He accommodated for the broken nails and was very patient in listening to all my requests (I’m very particular and indecisive, quite the challenge lol)! Will be going back 1000%. Highly recommend Henry and all the nail techs are very social, bubbly, sweet, and you can tell they love what they do. GREAT music in the salon as well. 10/10 experience. LOVE ♥️♥️♥️ thanks, Henry! I'm going to explain why I left upset today and will NOT return! The young lady that does my nails has been a sweetheart for a few years now but the shop leaves a lot to be desired because there are new people working there continually. It is a swinging door. Can’t get WiFi and they will not pay for TV service that is worthwhile. Today, the middle of my services, an employee said something to the young lady that I always book my appointments with and she just abruptly got up and she went into a back room with another client and an employee that I did not know, took over my pedicure. Not hong said. There was no apology, nothing said at all. I was disrespected as a customer and frankly it was confusing, embarrassing, and very rude. When she returned I said to her, “ I thought I had lost you!” Her response was "Well, I'm back l, do you need anything?" Wow! By that time my nails were done and I was ready to leave. Rest assured when it came time to collect the money she hopped right up to the counter to take my money. When I make appointments with a particular person, I expect that person to take care of me not some man that I not know or wished to be serviced by. They treat customers like a sweat shop. That's not right! I must also say, this isn't the first time I have experienced issues with this salon either. I have had to wait while people were "worked" in on my scheduled appointment time or have been handed off to someone else. I'm done and I will not be back. There are far toooo many other salons in and around Lenexa that provide excellent customer service....Baby Nails is not one of them! Also, I normally leave a healthy tip - not this time or ever again.
