Love Nails

I recently visited this salon for a manicure, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. Rushed Service-The technician seemed to be in a hurry, which affected the overall quality of the service. Nail Shape-The shape of my nails was not consistent and did not meet my expectations. Polish Application- The polish was applied very sloppily, and I noticed stray hairs stuck in the finish. Given these issues, I will be disputing the charge for this service. I expected better quality and attention to detail. I hope to see improvements in the future.

Best nail salon in Lawrence! My last visit was amazing, she did such a great job on my nails! Place is clean and everyone is super nice. Also came at a busy time and didn’t wait longer than 5 mins. Highly recommend!

We went in for a mother/daughter day. Lily was great about listening to my concerns and explaining along the way. Simon worked with my daughter and her names came out even better, then she wanted. We will both be going again. Lily is as nice and cheerful as her favorite color yellow.

I’m extremely disappointed!! I got my nails done less than a week and they already look like they need to be fill…learn to do things properly! Getting your nails done are already a luxury because it’s so expensive and you guys charge for every little thing! Give people what they are paying for and do the nails properly — push the cuticles back so that you can polish the entire nail properly! While Lilly was doing my nails, I pointed it out to her; asking her why is it that I can still see the white root part of the nail even though she was done polishing… she gave some bogus excuse that didn’t make any sense. I will not be coming back! Again, do things properly!!!!

I haven’t gotten my nails done in 4 years, so I was nervous to get them done. However, Tam did an amazing job and executed my vision perfectly! I would definitely go back and see him again!
