2025-04-29This was the worst experience I have had. I have been going here for a while. The gentleman who provided the service kept trying to convince me to get something I did not want. He kept saying the powder was better, and I requested gel. He refused to fix my broken nail. I had to ask him for glue to apply. He said he couldn't fix it. I have had nail repairs there before. At my previous visit, the nail tech was more than happy to fix it for me. He just refused to do it. He was not accommodating and rude. Lost a loyal customer.
