Always great service! They provide pedicures and manicure that last so you get the most for your money! Relaxing message chairs and they always take their time to make sure you are satisfied! I highly recommend!

This was my first time visiting this salon. I got a full set manicure and a pedicure. The staff were very kind, but unfortunately I’m really disappointed with the quality of the work. I had my nails done on 8/16/25, and by 8/20/25 four of the acrylic nails had already fallen off. I normally don’t write reviews, but I’m genuinely frustrated. When you spend over $100 (nails & toes) you expect the results to last much longer. Now I have to take extra time out of an already packed week to go elsewhere to get them fixed. It’s really discouraging to have this experience so soon after the service. Reading some of the other google reviews looks like this isn’t the first time….. If I wanted nails to fall off 4 days later , I would have paid for Walgreens press ons. FYI I do not use my hands much.

I noticed the reviews from Holly, Mandi & Lisa. Clearly fabricated! I have been coming to this salon for over 3 years, every 2 to 3 weeks. That is around 68 visits, give or take. The salon is always clean, very ventilated and all staff is friendly and very cordial. The staff always makes sure that I am comfortable and hydrated ;) They offer soft drinks, wine and water. The variety of pedicure (and polish choice’s) are amazing! I myself prefer #2. I am never rushed or uncomfortable, unless I am in a hurry and limited on time. The prices for the area are quite normal and anyone who does get their nails done on a regular basis, would know that. If a customer needs something fixed or isn’t happy with the service(s) they received, then by all means they will definitely fix it and rectify the situation to make the customer happy. All you have to do is come in and talk to Tom or one of the girls. I’ll gladly take photos of the stations that are not cluttered, the ventilation vents (I believe there is at least 4 if not more) the next time I have service’s done. Trust me, do not listen to the negative reviews, you will be treated with respect and happy with the services. They do prefer you call and make an appointment and they do take walk-ins. You just have to understand that you may have to wait a few minutes if you do not have an appointment. This business and the staff have become like family to me so I take any negative reviews personal, especially fraudulent reviews. It’s unfortunate, some people are just very cruel and have nothing better to do with their free time.

I have been going to Pro Nails for years. They are one of the best in the metro for gel & dip pedicures and manicures! All of the staff members are so skilled, meticulous and kind. I appreciate that they take care of your natural nails in the process, instead of just power filing and rushing through it. Prices are very fair, and the experience is amazing!

I would give this place 6 stars if I could! So professional and do an amazing job every time I come! T perfects my nails and I always leave with a smile. 100% would recommend!! Thanks for the great experience!
