Definitely a luxury experience . It was clean . Plus I got 10% off for being a 1st time customer and a small goodie.

2025-10-29I’ve been a loyal customer at this salon for over a year, spending more than $250 every visit. I came in today with a specific cat-eye nail design and even showed a video of exactly what I wanted but that’s not what I got at all. The gold dust was smeared, the black underneath was showing through, and the finish just looked messy. Even the owner looked and admitted he didn’t really see the design either, yet I was still charged full price. Ben has done my nails before, and while I tried giving him another chance after a previous issue, this time confirmed it for me I felt like just a dollar sign, not a valued customer. On the other hand, Julie is always amazing. She does toes perfectly every time, and I truly appreciate her work. After today, though, I probably won’t be coming back. Fair is fair, and I believe loyal customers deserve respect and the quality they pay for.

Everyone was friendly, helpful, capable and did a great job on our pedicures. The place is so clean and feels like you can relax and let them take care of you. Pleasantly surprised at the pricing too!
