2025-12-03Had a nice quiet time. Best time is around or before noon. Had 2 complimentary cups of ginger lemon tea and a nail tech that was very particular- thats a bonus. She took off the acrylics I had a week prior when I came in for a pedicure. It didn't suit me so I went for the dip powder with my natural nails. Absolutely gorgeous! Already booked my next appointment with all the fixings and extra services because this is how you do self care. Its worth the money and even better if you speak up about anything you dislike. The color I chose was peachy and she was happy to show me a more natural color as shown in tbe photo. Tip your nail techs and be kind.

2025-09-05Idk where to begin, Should I start with personally being greeted at the door? A clear understanding of charges before starting? Or the ambiance? My nail tech John delivered the best pedicure I have ever had. I was holding back facial expressions!!!! It's clean, staff is engaging and always checking in on the comfort and needs of the patrons. I can't go anywhere else. And my pedicure 💋 😘, chefs kiss!!! Thank you all for such an amazing experience!!!

2025-11-27Hannah is amazing! She made my new glitter nails POP and she was very patient with me as I tried to figure out what color to do. Paul, the manager, was understanding and happy to fulfill any request for my color change and fix my nail that had broken a few days before. The cherry on top? A nice mimosa after a long day! 🥂 I love Milano and I will definitely be back ❤️❤️❤️

2025-08-17Today was one of the best self care days in a while. I was shopping in the Wynnwood area when I noticed this salon. I was not prepared for how nice it the salon looked. Not only is it beautiful inside, the customer service experience was spectacular. Very gracious as well as professional. Customer service I’d important to me, so I was very impressed. This is a clean establishment. The restrooms are beautifully decorated and maintained. The service I received from my technician, Don, was top notch! He was general yet efficient. The complimentary beverage service is another plus. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking to have a great self care day. I give it a 10 out of 10!
