The service was okay. Nothing special that would make me go back but also not bad. Had an appointment but had to wait because the technician was late. We had not asked for any specific person so that meant that they just did not have anyone there. My husband had to tell his person to actually cut his toenails. She acted like she didn’t know that it needed to be done. My person did a relatively good job and was nice. The only thing I didn’t like was later, after we had left and my feet had time to dry, I felt some roughness left from where the loofah was not used enough. I felt it on one foot but the other was fine. I also paid extra for gel and glow in the dark polish. I did not care at all about having glow in the dark nails but I really liked the color. The polish did not glow and the gel did not last long. Every other time that I have gotten gel polish it lasted longer than this time. In looking back, I can only guess that it was because of a lack of prep. She did not buff my nails to smooth them out before polishing. The most important reason why it would not be my place of choice is that, overall, it did not seem very clean. The cup holders and the top of the foot basin looked very dirty. I’m not sure if the part on the basin was rust or dirt but I did notice that it was completely covered by the plastic liner and the towel when the technician showed up and started to fill it. We did not accept any drinks so I didn’t need to use the cup holders. Other than this, the place seemed clean. The restroom was clean as well.

Got my nails done by Cristy and absolutely LOVE them. She crushed it and these are truly the best nails I’ve ever had. 100% recommend this salon.

This was my third visit to Champions Nail Spa, and once again, I’m very satisfied with the service. Jay has done my nails twice and did a phenomenal job both times. My daughter also had her nails done and was really happy with the results. Today, David did my manicure, and I’m thrilled with how it turned out. The staff is friendly, the environment is clean, and the nail technicians are truly skilled. Highly recommend!

I have been a loyal customer at Champion Nail Spa on Northwest Highway for over four years, and after what happened to my daughter today, they will never receive another dollar from either of us again. My daughter made an appointment with a specific technician. When she arrived, they tried to seat her with someone else. She politely explained that she scheduled the appointment with a particular person. The man at the front desk responded by saying, “She told you last time she no longer wants to do your nails.” This would make sense if this technician had done her nails at any point in 2025, but she hadn’t. The man even pulled up her history and confirmed the technician only did her nails once in 2022 and twice in 2024, which is exactly what my daughter told him. Meaning there was no last time in 2025, no conversation, and absolutely no reason for such a claim. If a technician had ever said she no longer wished to service my daughter, she would have never returned to this establishment. But that did not happen. Yet instead of correcting the mistake, the man at the desk became rude and dismissive. My daughter stood there watching the staff speak to her with disrespect. A stark contrast from how they interacted with the white customers in the salon. The energy was uncomfortable, targeted, and unnecessary. What makes this worse is that her pedicure had already been started by a different technician before she was told all this. Otherwise she would have walked out immediately. After four years of spending our money here, today made something painfully clear: everyone is treated with warmth except the people who don’t look like their preferred clientele. The disregard, the tone, the fabricated excuse, and the disrespect in front of a room full of white customers was unacceptable. Whether they want to admit it or not, the behavior came off deliberately discriminatory. If you are not an older white woman, I would strongly caution you before going here. No business is worth tolerating discrimination, gaslighting, or humiliation. Especially one you’ve supported for years. Do better, Champion Nail Spa. Because today, you showed exactly who you value and who you don’t.

We had an amazing experience from beginning to end! My mom and I had to get our nails done last minute as we were leaving out of the country the next day. The staff was amazing and took care of us! It was our first time there and I will definitely be a returning customer! Ms. Lilly literally did my nails so perfect I can’t stop staring at them! I showed her a tiktok video and she did it exactly like the example. She is TALENTED! Can’t wait to show off my nails!
