2025-09-18Thus place is the best. First so many colors to choose from. So many different nail options from dip to acrylic to liquid gel X. Everything is so clean and inviting. I’ve had pedicures and manicures (yes multiple) and I am always BEYOND please. TK is amazing and my number one guy! He’s done all my designs and is so talented. If you’re looking for your new nail salon, this is the place!!!

2025-08-16I had a wonderful experience at 45th Nail Lounge! Stephanie did my nails and she did an absolutely beautiful job. She was so kind, professional, and truly a pleasure to work with. Her talent really shows in her work, my nails turned out better than the inspo picture! I highly recommend going here and definitely ask for Stephanie if you can. I’ll definitely be coming back!

2025-10-04Update: added photo! I’ve been to a lot of nail salons in Knoxville but this one is actually the best! My nail artist NANCY is phenomenal. She is gentle, kind and never hurts my nails or surrounding skin. I am SO thrilled to say that when she takes off the gel she doesn’t burn my nail with the drill or use acetone! Literally the BEST MANI ever time! Also, everyone here is always so welcoming. I’ve had an amazing experience every time! I am so happy I found Nancy and 54th nails! HIGHLY recommend you ask for Nancy when you visit here! 💜
