2025-10-29I’ve been going to this salon since they’ve opened, I’ve recommended them to sooo many people but I’m highly disappointed. I go in and I have Helen, she’s buffing more of my skin than my actual nails. Your hands should not hurt when getting your nails done, I kept pulling my hands away because she just kept hurting me and I expressed that. I also only got a fill, my nails previously were not broken. They were in good condition. She wrote down $50. That’s how much I usually pay for a full set. $50 for a fill is INSANE. I then expressed my pain to Ella at the front desk. She didn’t seem to care whatsoever. Only $5 off then seemed extremely annoyed when I brought up the price. My skin is beyond raw and it hurts still and this is the next day. Looks like I can’t come back to a nail salon I used to drive an hour to go to. Love that for me.

2025-11-09Did not cure nails or toes long enough. Polish on toes is still wet under the top coat (bubbled and squishy) 2 days later. Nails were dipped, cat eye polish applied, then top coat. The dip is still intact but the cat eye & top coat lifted and peeled off in under 48hrs. Called for a refund, which they adamantly refused to give. Will never go back. Do not go here unless you want to pay another salon to fix your nails in the same week.

2025-02-24Got my nails done today! And I absolutely love them! The staff is so welcoming and does just an amazing job! I went to Tam for the first time today, and he was amazing. I showed him a photo for inspiration for St. Patty and got on point. He was quick and precise! Definitely, I will be coming back again!

2025-04-26The ladies who worked on me were really good Thu and Tina and they know how to get a customer happy. Paid attention to my needs and the massages for my legs were on point. I will be returning for more. Even though I made the appointment last minute and was late too, they never rushed.

The design of the nails was something I was nervous about them, but if you can see for yourself, they NAILED my design!! I have a trip coming up and these nails will be so so perfect for it!
