Rosie and Mai are so amazing! This was my first time coming here! This place is a hidden gem! I can't believe I didn't know how close this place was to my home! The times are super convenient and accommodating to busy life styles! The atmosphere is so beautiful and the hospitality is just purely amazing! They take their time to ensure the best quality of service! My first time experience here has gained a customer for life!

Cannot say enough good things. They were able to fit me in for a last minute appointment. Shop was immaculate. They have lots of options And products available. Prices were reasonable. The owners are very kind and caring. And the lady that did my full set took a little over an hour for the whole thing! Awesome! Update: again AMAZING! I showed her a picture of what I kind of wanted and she went above and beyond my expectations! I will not go anywhere else ever again! Sherwood nails and Spa is legit!

I came in with inspiration photos of the color "Funny Bunny" for my nails, which is a well-known and popular shade. I was surprised to be told they didn’t have it, especially since it's such a universal color. The technician selected a shade that ended up being more peach-toned, and I mentioned that I was hoping for something closer to white. Despite bringing this up nothing was adjusted or corrected. When it came time to pay, I was originally charged $62 which was $5 more than the listed price because they thought I had a design, which I didn’t. I left not only without the simple color I asked for, but also feeling frustrated by the attempt to upcharge me despite my visible disappointment. I don’t get my nails done often, but this was the first time I’ve walked away genuinely unhappy with the results.
