V V Nails and Spa

I got the VV Signature Pedicure for my toes and Gel-X for my nails. My pedicure was the best ever! They use fresh oranges to invigorate the skin. I highly recommend this service. I did get shellac for the toenail polish- pink with sparkles in my top coat. Then I got a French Manicure for my hands.

I absolutely love VV nails! I recently had only received pedicures here & always received very good service & high quality pedicures! I decided to get my nails done (I never do) and booked with Victoria & she did exactly what I wanted. She got my oval shape perfectly & spent so much time on the details! I will be going back 100% & highly recommend Victoria! She was super sweet & amazing at her craft! 10/10 recommend

I had an appointment schedule for 10:30 AM today, August 18th, for what I hoped would be a Dazzle Dry manicure with nail art. I sat down and was told they cannot do nail art on regular polishes like Dazzle Dry. Even though I said that they could use gel for the design on top and I would pay, she said they couldn’t. Dust covered every container/surface and I hoped that the towel at the station was not used but just stained with polish. I would not say it looked clean. Not only did I pay $42 for a Dazzle Dry manicure, something that they supposedly have had training on according the Dazzle Dry website, but they skipped multiple steps that compromised the whole manicure. She completed my Dazzle Dry manicure swiftly, having my hands directly in front of a fan between each step. Dazzle Dry explicitly warns against this both on their website and in educational marketing, as it causes the top of the polish to cure before the bottom, locking in a layer of wet polish bound to ripple. This explains why once saying “You’re done” and charging me, I got a single foot outside the door before turning back around and showing her the massive gouge in two of my nails all the way down to my bare nail. The photos I attached are from other damage that was already there moments after the manicure, but she must not have had time to fix. In the 30 seconds since I had checked out with her, she already had someone seated at her station (which, again, makes me worry about the cleanliness). She told me to sit at an empty station and did not say another word as she redid the two mangled nails, skipping an entire base coat that is also important in the Dazzle Dry process. Between each step of this, she left to work on her other client and left me with no direction. I just got up and left after the fan she sat in front of me died while my top coat was drying. With all of this considered, I think I will unfortunately be removing the polish entirely. Maybe if I had gotten Gel-X or acrylics there may have been more care, but the place was packed and my service was probably not worth their time. I really am never one to complain but I just wanted to worry about one less thing and ended up getting a headache and lots of tears.

Finally tried VV after complimenting my friend’s nails so many times lol!! She sees Wendy so I did and she did not disappoint!! So happy with how my “dip with tips” turned out. Wendy was amazingly detailed- the salon was lovely I will definitely book again!

VV is super clean and provides fantastic service and quality for a mani and pedi! I was a walk in and they were able to accommodate me immediately for a gel mani and a pedi. So friendly and the nail techs all seemed to enjoy working with each other. It was a delightful and relaxing experience and definitely affordable for high quality results. Will absolutely be going back!
