2025-09-19This place is a joke. They were rude and rushing. My nails look nothing like what I asked for. I asked for a short coffin and she would not make them short after several attempts of telling her they were too long. She just said they’re not that bad as if I was bothering her. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail shop. The last photo is what I asked for and the second is what I got. Sad!!!

2025-10-12Tom is an amazing nail tech. He’s been doing nails for 12 years and went to school for nail design. I have seen people mention him on social media but this was my first time having him work on my nails and I’m shocked on how phenomenal his work is. His natural creativity drives him to make up new designs and give each customer a unique experience. Thank you Tom for getting me excited to get my nails done again after all this time and I will be back!

2025-07-10Very fast and friendly service from Salem. Very good at what he does. He took great care of me and was Very sweet. I will definitely be back soon hopefully with him but im sure others are great too. I got the pedicure with gel. The pedicure itself was $37 plus $10 for gel. Its ended up being $50.29 because of taxes and sadly they dont accept tip on card and i didnt bring cash so im double tipping him next time.

2025-12-13Friend and I went for pedicures and manicure Pedicure was amazing Nails not so much. Wanted a design that wasn't to complex but I guess the moon was to hard for them to do and they did a basic moon and for the design charged 20 extra definitely dont feel it was a 20$ design. Then when I checked out my total was 134 so I paid that and tipped 20 even tho I wasn't fully happy. Then my card was charged 149.80 which is ridiculous. Looking closer at my nails after I left I noticed ALOT of imperfections and missing spots on several nails. Then over 2 hours after we leave they call and say my friend didn't pay fully and by this time we were over 2 hours away. She paid 120 cash plus tip on top of that. They said she still owed 75 which made no sense with the calculations done. Needless to say we won't go back
