Blossom Nails & Spa

This review today is to update a review that I wrote yesterday which doesn't seem to have been posted. I reported receiving bad treatment there by an older male (appears to be around 60 yrs old, 5'8 or 5'9, skinny) nail technician. He was disrespectful and abused me as he addressed me as he was setting up first to do the Pedicure (before the Manicure) which was not done due to his mistreatment. The manager, Dave, called me today to apologize for the mistreatment which was witnessed by 5 customers seated near me and a few others in the shop. I appreciate that Dave assured me that he had fired that male, a bad employee, clearly a bad apple among the good ladies I saw working there. I want viewers to know that Dave calling me is an unprecedented positive action in my experience demonstrating that he wanted to "right a wrong" done by one of his employees to this customer, me. Dave's leadership is to be applauded for his courage, sincerity and in taking corrective action on behalf of his customers. Dave demonstrates a genuine concern that Blossom's customers continue to receive the best and excellent professional treatment. Such treatment was described to by my friend who has been a long time satisfied Blossom Nails & Spa customer. She recommended Blossom Nails & Spa to me. (This review form requires that I select "charges and services", but as no services were performed, there were no charges.) Dave's actions have given me the confidence to return and start over as a new customer at Blossom Nails & Spa. Thank you Dave.

I have been going to that nail salon for years. He hired a male technician last year that insulted me and made fun of my toes. The next time I came, I did not want him to do my nails. Dave the owner, started yelling at me when I said that claiming I am hurting the tech's feelings. I decided to give it another chance and went again to find out that he fired the guy after a customer amlost called the cops on him. Apparently, I was not valid enough for Dave to believe me. He had to hear it from other people. Today, I called for a walk in appointment in a few minutes after I called. I could not make it on time due to getting stuck in school while picking up my kid. He called yelling at me again saying he will no take me again and that I can go to another place. I am clearly going to go to other places as it is not worth it to be yelled at at the nails salon.

my first time being here and I have acrylic all over my nail beds, french tip was not done correctly, I didnt want the ombre and tech did it anyway and charged me for it. Im a hair dresser and ive had these nails less than a week and my clients hair is getting stuck in the lifting acrylic (5 days old btw). It also looked like the tech used a dry clear coat because the nails are not smooth at all. Also, 3 nails are crooked? Never had that before and ive been getting my nails done for 10 years. When I called to try and nicely get it fixed i was hung up on 4 TIMES! Ridiculous.Then I called back and whoever answered asked to speak to my manager?? Dont go here. Horrible. Update: I told them on the first call i was calling in regards to a full set i got and wanted to know if the salon manager was in, i got placed on hold then hung up on. I thought it was a mistake, called again got hung up on 3 more times. Told them the 5th time when they asked to speak to my manager (?) i was a client, got hung up on. Unprofessional.

I cannot say enough good things about Blossom. They do a fantastic job and always listen to exactly what I want. I have literally never been unhappy. They are friendly and it is exceptionally clean.

CLEAN. This is the only salon I’ll go to. Quality job and completely committed to cleanliness. Perfect experience every time.
