2025-11-28Absolutely the worst nails. Me and my mom got our nails done on Tuesday and my nail lady did not do any prep work and they fell off after two days. My mom got dip on her natural nails and the nail guy cut her finger twice with the nail file and it started bleeding in the salon but he did nothing. I have been here before and they did well, but definitely not this time. I'm very disappointed.

2025-10-05I was just in this place they did a fantastic job on my nails and I was confused about how much the price was, but I did not mean to disturb anyone else in the place. My fiancé had thought he gave me enough money, but instead of the nails being in the range of 55-60 dollars it was like 68.41 and only had 61 dollars in cash and like 1.50 in change so I asked the lady if I could pay the rest on my card and give the lady who did my nails a tip as well off my card. I want to apologize for getting confused and disturbing others if I had in the salon I am so very sorry. I was told on the phone before hand the nails to get them refilled and shaped was only going to be 55 to 60 dollars ! My lesson is always make sure I have extra cash on hand just in case this does not happen again.

2024-07-03Obligatory: this is my sister Visiting family in Dayton, we passed by this nail salon in Troy and we are astounded by the service and friendliness of the technicians. We walked in but they are very busy so I would recommend making a reservation so you do not have to wait around. The best aspect was how she replicated the design mu sister wanted (she hesitated because she thought it was too much of a request). But in the end she was so happy the way they came out! Not sure when we will be back in Ohio, but my sister will definitely be coming back.
