Lush nails

I recently had the pleasure of getting my Christmas nails done by Venessa at Lush Nail, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, perfectly capturing the holiday spirit. Venessa was not only incredibly skilled but also attentive to my preferences. She listened carefully to what I wanted and offered creative suggestions that really brought my vision to life. The nail art she created was nothing short of stunning—delicate snowflakes, vibrant reds and greens, and a touch of glitter that added just the right amount of sparkle. The quality of the materials used was top-notch, and I could tell that Venessa took her time to ensure every detail was perfect. My nails not only look gorgeous but also feel strong and well cared for. I left Lush Nail feeling festive and fabulous, ready to show off my nails at all the holiday gatherings. If you’re looking for a nail artist who combines professionalism with a personal touch, I highly recommend Venessa. She truly made my holiday season brighter!

This was my first time coming to Lush Nails and I had an amazing experience. I didn’t have an appointment but I was able to get seated right away. The staff were really friendly and welcoming towards me. I will be coming back when I need my nails done again. Trinh did my nails and they turned out amazing. She was very kind and I love how my nails turned out.

This was my second time going to Lush. My friend has been going for years and recommended it to me. I booked online for Chloe. She did an amazing job on what I asked for, from my at home design. Since I couldn’t find a photo of what I wanted exactly. Chloe made sure I liked the shape of my nails and the look of the cat eye! It is pricey but they are great and you’re paying a good price for your services that you receive.

I recently visited this nail salon on a recommendation from my lash technician, and I’m so glad I took her advice. At first glance, it looks like your average neighborhood nail spot—but don’t be fooled. What they offer here goes far beyond the typical. They specialize in bold, eccentric, and highly detailed nail art—the kind of designs you’d usually have to go to a specialty salon or book with an individual nail artist to get. I brought in a photo for inspiration, and they recreated it perfectly. The detail, shape, and creativity were spot-on. I’m absolutely in love with how my nails turned out. The vibe inside was quiet and peaceful, which was perfect for me as an introvert. I really appreciated being able to relax without feeling the need to make conversation the whole time—it made the experience even better. You can book appointments through their website, which is super convenient, but I actually walked in on a random Wednesday afternoon and they were able to take me right away. It was such a nice surprise to be seen so quickly without a long wait. Best of all, the price was very reasonable considering the quality and artistry of the work. I walked out with nails that looked like I went to a high-end specialty salon, but without the hefty price tag. If you’re looking for truly unique nails in a calm, welcoming environment, this place is an absolute gem. I was thoroughly impressed and will definitely be returning.

Would not recommend!! I booked an appointment online for two people, but it was already a hassle since they called me saying only one nail tech was available for the time I booked. My pedicure came out uneven and splotchy. During my manicure, I asked for a Gel-X + soak off. The tech, Jenny, used cuticle clippers to remove gems and ended up cutting my natural nail, causing it to bleed. It was a pretty deep cut. I pulled my hand back out of reflex and she pulled my hand back down. After she filed the polish off I told her I was going to take a picture of my nail. She had the audacity to ask me why.. She didn’t apologize!! She then consulted with the manager Kim about my nails. They dismissed my cut like it was nothing and told me that my nails were too thin to do anything on them. I was sad and disappointed. It is a luxury to have you nails done e and I haven’t had them done/filled in over a month and a half. I didn’t want to argue so I nod and told her I’d like to request clear polish over the other nails. Jenny and Kim dismissed my request and Jenny even continued applying gel polish over the open cut — extremely unsanitary! She also over-filed my nails until they were painfully thin (red and raw) and then dismissed my request for clear polish, choosing a color to “cover the cut and filing” without asking me. The entire time, the staff were unprofessional, laughing and talking about customers. I was still charged for the manicure despite being injured. As soon and I got home I filed the polish off to avoid any infections. Overall, it was the worst, most unprofessional nail experience I’ve ever had!
