To being with, very unwelcoming environment. Also, it could be that they don’t know how to do gel-x manicures. I’ve gotten only this kind of manicure for the last two years and it has always lasted me 3 weeks plus. I went in today at 1 pm and already three nails have popped off. Thought about calling to get it fixed but honestly I’d probably just get the same shoddy work again. Waste of money and very disappointing

Got a pedicure and a manicure with gel polish. I don't feel like they do all that can be done in a pedicure and manicure feels rushed and not the full process. My gel is already coming up on my nails it's only been 1 week and 5 days. I stopped going there for a while came back in hopes things would be better but it's really not.

I have been here a few times. The past few months my husband has had 2 pedicures, my daughter a manicure and me 2 pedicures and a gel manicure. This past time I had Kevin and he did my gel manicure I usually do my nails myself and wanted to come in to have it done better and he did a great job! The only problem I had was one of the pedicures I had done the polish didn't look the best but otherwise everything has been great. Very reasonable prices and I will be coming back each month as long as I can afford it!

Review: Bella Nails & Spa I visited Bella Nails & Spa while I was in the area and requested a basic polish repaint ($20), an underarm wax, and a half-leg wax. I even brought my own polish and topcoat. So imagine my shock when I was told the total was $130. When I asked for a service menu or price list, I was told there wasn’t one. I asked, “Are you just making this up?” and the technician responded that underarms were $50 and the half-leg wax was $60 — charging $30 per leg. I’ve been to high-end salons in major cities, and even they don’t charge that much for these services. I couldn’t help but feel I was being overcharged based on assumptions. I mentioned I’m a traveling healthcare worker and shared a few personal details during conversation, and it seemed like that was used as an excuse to inflate the prices. Kathy, the way technician, even commented on the amount of hair on my legs “barely had any” — yet I was still charged full price. There was no price transparency, no posted rates, and the charges felt completely made up on the spot. That’s not just unprofessional — it’s unethical. To make matters worse, the polish repaint was sloppy. I didn’t expect a full manicure, but the polish leaked into my cuticles, and the dry skin around my nails was ignored. It looked rushed and careless. Later that day, I took a closer look at my legs and realized there were multiple patches of missed hair — for a $60 wax, that’s unacceptable. I expected to pay around $90 including tip. Instead, I left feeling taken advantage of and completely disappointed. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I absolutely love this salon. I have never had a bad experience here and they are always available to take me as a walk-in even when busy. Kevin and his wife are so nice! My nails are always perfect and prices are very reasonable too.
