Ann is amazing. She listens very well but also provides helpful feedback and guidance if asked. She has done my hair twice and I am excited to have found someone who listens and is passionate about her work. She’s also friendly and enhances the overall experience. Stepped outside of my comfort zone this time and she provided great guidance and helped create an even better look than I had dreamt of. The whole salon is very kind and helpful though. You can see the teamwork in action and feel all the good vibes every time you are there. Definitely recommend J. Nicole for all your salon needs!

I love Courtney at the New Albany, Indiana Aveda Salon. She is kind, personable and caring. She is especially good at making the smallest things a luxury— the shoulder rub, the shampoo and hand massage, all performed with exceptional skill and touch. Her cuts are precise and styling skills excellent. I also appreciate how she shares which products she’s using on my hair and why. She really knows the Aveda product line! Unrelated to salon services, as a retired high school teacher and elementary principal, I especially enjoy talking with her about her children and their activities. She’s a great parent. 🩷

This salon has been an absolute life saver. For starters, they did an amazing job on my wedding hair and makeup and my bridal party as well. The people who were going to do it originally backed out last minute and J. Nicolle came to my rescue. J. Nicolle made me feel beautiful and they did such a better job than the other salon. My mother-in-law received so many compliments at the wedding, I was thrilled. Jennifer, the owner, is amazing and I will never be able to thank her enough. I also get my eyebrows waxed there, shout-out to Kaitlynn. And recently I got my haircut there. Nick did a great job with my thick hair. I've never had a bad experience. The staff is so nice and helpful. I highly recommend this salon, especially for brides!

I enjoyed the open house. I got a scalp analysis and was given information on appropriate products I could use. I learned about Aveda’s skincare moisturizers and I made a rose candle. I love all of the products in the Aveda line. I got some product at discount and made appointments for scalp treatments. Everyone was super nice and it was a lot of fun! Thanks!

This salon is quite lovely and I enjoyed it very much. Jadyn did a fantastic job! The salon is very clean and modern, good vibes. Can't wait to come back and hopefully do a scalp treatment and facial, do up a spa day right! Update: Returned for second visit in December 2025 and it was just as fantastic as before. Really enjoyed Jadyn's professional skills and the head spa experience was HEAVENLY!!!
