I would not recommend booking with Amy. I scheduled a full foil, but halfway through the service she told me she didn’t have enough time and would only be doing the top and sides of my head. Despite not completing the full service, she still charged me for a full foil instead of a partial foil (which, by industry standards, is when only the top and sides are foiled). When I texted her afterward to point out that my receipt listed a full foil even though I only received a partial, her response was that “anything more than 15 foils is considered a full foil.” This was very disappointing, as it doesn’t align with what was booked or what I expected. Can’t believe I haven't left these wonderful ladies a review sooner. My partner and I get our hair cut and colored by Shade, and she is amazing, responsive, and incredibly skilled.You can’t go wrong with any of the stylist in this salon! They are all lovely and take so much pride in their work. The stylists have thorough consultations for first-timers and listen to want you want, they even make suggestions if you’re not quite sure what you actually want ( I’ve seen some women leave with completely different styles than what they came in with and EVERY SINGLE TIME, they look INCREDIBLE.) While I will always schedule with Shade first, I would have full confidence in any stylist that I saw if she were unavailable! The fact that they are open weekends and after 5:30 means that you do not have to work around a 9-5 work schedule. The downsides to this salon is occasionally, you are double-booked, BUT never fear the stylists are very very good at checking on you and making sure that you have everything you need and aren’t having any issues, and quality is never sacrificed!! Sometimes you may have to book a month out, but the only reason for that is because this salon is incredibly popular but it really just depends on the season and current events (prom, homecoming, and Easter are a little busier so you’ll want to get booked in those times earlier than you’d expect)- the upside is once you’re in, you’re in. If the schedule does need tweaked, they’ll give you a proper notice and both the option to reschedule or see someone else-equally as skilled and lovely! Can’t recommend this salon more!!!!!!

Took my 2 daughters to Posh Salon for a $75 highlight. After they were done, I got a bill for around $250. As you can see from the pictures, there is no highlighting visible. I'm not sure why I was charged and extra $100 for no difference to their hair.

My daughter and I love Annie at Posh! She does miracles on hair! Great color, cuts and styles. She is super friendly and really caring. Feels like we’ve known each other forever! She’s so patient and helpful!

Highly recommend this salon!!! The people here are so friendly and Sheila truly went above and beyond to help me. I've never had a hairdresser that has cared about me and my struggles beyond just being a client. I have found my forever stylist as long as she's around! I would give 10+ stars if I could. You won't regret going to this place!
