2025-04-02I don’t like to leave bad reviews definitely when Patricia is great with conversation, but I need to write this review. She was not able to complete the service and seemed a little nervous during service as I was turning red, sensitive skin, but have not had a problem at any other place in the last 5 years. I will not be back and have filed a complaint for sanitation review, as I have a severe rash in the regions that have been waxed. This has never happened to me before. It also appeared that maybe the wax rolling bottles they were used during the service could be used on multiple clients and not able to be cleaned or tossed after each use. I will not be back and hope that this is a constructive conversation and sanitation is reviewed for the safety of the public.
