As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the absolute sweetest hostess— her name was ironically Hope, who actually gave me HOPE after experiencing some pretty awful salons services. She navigated me through their entire nail menu, made sure I had a delicious drink ordered that I would enjoy very swiftly, and directed me around the entire BEAUTIFUL setting that is Queen Lounge! Delivered to me directly before services was a very well made Old Fashion, mixed accurately by another incredible human named Vincent. We had a great conversation and shared many laughs as my newfound PERMANENT nail technician, CINDY, came presenting many options and a variety and of poignant questions to make sure I was about to receive precisely what I wanted. I had not had anything outside of a very bland gel manicure in over 15 years— today that changed. After walking out about an hour later— my entire vibe has shifted. I feel more confident and actually enjoy showing off my nails. I am a full time streamer— so my nails are very important. CINDY went above and beyond to make sure that every tiny step that I had forgetten existed went absolutely better than I had imagined. We had great conversations, genuine laughs, and unforgettable experience sharing. I have no doubt that every month my visits with CINDY will be more and more enjoyable. I was in for another visit at Queens lounges. Ms Rosie told me she had a new herbal detox for pedicures and manicure. It was sooo INVIGORATING!!! It detailed this silky soft bubble gel in the water and a warm mist blowing on my legs and a herbal warm neck wrap and a parifin dip on my feet then these warm booties were applied. I just was so relaxed and wanting to have this done weekly. It was a little pricey but I was given a 20% of discount. I left feeling wonderful and I was really pampered. Kelly was wonderful.. I will never go anywhere else!!!! If you want this service it is ABSOLUTELY WORTH 💯 IT! I can't wait to have this herbal detox again!! Thanks again Ms Rosie for recommending and having this type of Service.

Very cute, clean, and comfortable! Everyone was very friendly. Strawberry lemon drop was SO good. Online system was a little funky when booking but everything worked out. Just sucks because my pedicure wasn’t dry and got ruined when I put my shoes on 😞 could happen at any salon but a note for the techs to watch out for this!

I have been to so many salons here in Fort Wayne and this one is BY FAR my absolute favorite. They take their time. They are sooo kind and fun! Easy to talk to and honestly such a good time. I’m sure most peoples favorite part is the massage and trust me they do not skip out on that part! 10 out of 10 recommend!

Today I took my six-year-old to get a pedicure with me and was unknowingly charged for two adult deluxe pedicures instead of the $25 kids’ pedicure plus my $45 service. Why would a 6-year-old automatically be given a $45 deluxe pedicure? The woman asked my child to pick a scent without explaining it would be an additional $20 charge to do so! I ended up paying $100 for both of us. Absolutely ridiculous and I feel completely taken advantage of. My kid just wanted painted nails and a foot soak — no nail trim or anything extra. Pictured are both of my big toes right after leaving the salon. What the heck is this? It looks awful. I highly do not recommend. I used to really enjoy coming here, but sadly, I won’t be back.
