I had gotten my hair dyed here last year and had horrible results. I have attempted to leave two reviews in the past, which have somehow disappeared by the next morning. I had refrained from trying again because the stylist was nice so I felt bad complaining. However, this is the worst experience that I have ever had getting my hair dyed and felt as though it was too atrocious to ignore. I had spent over $200 on this service and felt as though I could have done a better job myself. The pictures attached are taken the day after my appointment. I had asked for honey blonde highlights brought to the root or as close to as possible. I already had grown out highlights to the length shown prior to getting my hair done at Shannon’s. The stylist did not raise the highlights at all, except for my front two strand and four fat strands underneath. It seems as though she just made my previous blonde highlights more brassy. The few strands and little length added looked very chunky and not well blended. She also didn’t use foils and I did not like the product resting on my face and neck for an extended period of time. Once she was finished, she only showed me the front of my hair in the mirror and did not offer a mirror to view the back (which I have always been offered after with other stylists). Since I could only see the front two strands that were brought to the roots and my hair was curled, making it harder to tell, I left not knowing what it truly looked like until the next day after straightening my hair. It looks like I was past due for a touch up- $200+ dollars later. Like I said, I know this was quite some time ago but I have never cried at the result of my hair before this and felt like I could not ignore this, especially after spending so much money. I had splurged on this experience because I had heard such good things about this place. Truly disappointed with my experience. :(

I’ve been coming to Shannon’s for about 4 years now, and Logan Eastham has completely transformed my hair. I’ve tried several salons over the years, but I’ve never been as happy as I am here! Logan always does an amazing job, and I leave feeling better every time. I also see Carli Stotlar for lip and brow waxing, and she’s fantastic - always so detail-oriented. The whole staff is warm, personable, and truly makes every visit a great experience. I couldn’t recommend Shannon’s enough!

Had an awesome experience this morning with Lexie! She shows so much talent in cutting hair and knowledge of products! She explained everything in detail before use of any product. Will highly recommend her to family and friends! Wonderful attitude and atmosphere!!! 🩷💇‍♀️

Alaina is absolutely amazing! She’s always a joy to talk to, and every appointment feels comfortable and enjoyable. Her work is consistently flawless, and she always goes above and beyond to make sure I leave happy. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a talented and reliable nail tech!
