Luxury Nails

BUYER BEWARE and take your money somewhere they actually appreciate it! Where is the luxury at Luxury nails because it isn’t in their service or products! $45 for a “deluxe” pedicure that doesn’t even include callus removal. I explained that I wanted a pedicure with normal polish and my nail stylist tried to upsell me to gel polish 3 times and then wouldn’t stop telling me that I needed a manicure. I don’t get my nails done to be pressured. I know what I want and expect as the customer for my wishes to be respected. I was also rushed out the door after my service was completed. I was told that I couldn’t stay despite the polish not being dry and the foot fans not working. the guy sprayed my toes with something that was supposed to dry them and did not. I now have a huge smudge on my brand new toes. Not to mention that the color was not applied evenly, which for a red polish, makes it look cheap and trashy. She cut my nails completely straight with no shaping which has caused sharp edges on every toe. The tools used were not sterilized either which is the easiest way to get an infection. When she finished painting my toes she got up and left. I was incredibly unsatisfied and could have done a better job at home. This was beyond disappointing for something that is meant to feel like a treat to yourself. The hot stone “massage” consisted of the girl running the stones under cold water (so a room temp rock) before making only ONE swipe down each leg. That’s not a massage. I get more contact from grocery shopping. Spending $45 without tip for a service from a business that has LUXURY in the title should give you a feeling of luxury! You should be able to relax and enjoy the experience. Apparently not.

Hannah did an AMAZING job on my Christmas nails and got the color to match the picture PERFECTLY ! I did however have to file them down just a little when I got home because they were kinda sharp but that wasn’t her fault I should have felt them while I was there and didn’t . Next time I will be getting them round and not square ! She really did do great on the design and everything tho ! Both times I’ve been to that salon I left very satisfied . Thank you Hannah !

I have been going to luxury for awhile now and they always do great! Great price, great service, and they are awesome with my two younger girls also! I suggest them everyone!

I didn’t catch her name but my nail tech was super sweet. She took her time with my nails and asked me if I liked how they were looking after each step. The nail salon is very clean and the environment is very relaxing. I had a great first experience here and will definitely be returning!

William was amazing! He did exactly what I asked to my nails. He was very kind and even helped make my thumb that is missing the nail look like the rest. I will definitely go back to him.
