2025-05-08WOW...I just called 2 times in a row and got 2 different people....thinking first person that answered hung up by mistake.. NOPE. All this was after I asked if anyone could cut my hair today due to a sudden friend's funeral in Ohio the next day and BOTH immediately hung up. Be assured I will NEVER call you again.

2025-03-29I showed the "stylist" 2 pics. One of which was me. Both pics were shoulder length. The 2nd Pic had some face framing pieces at her chin. Which we discussed. She cut my hair straight around at chin length. Not even close to my shoulders. She couldn't do the face framing because she cut me so short to begin with. Why not start longer then trim more? You can always cut more but you can't put hair back on! As a "professional" she should know this. Hair will grow back, but I am currently traumatized! I work with the public and don't even want to leave my home. Then she still charged me & gave herself a tip. Oh, also she burned me with the blue dryer but would've not cared if the cut had been good.
