2024-08-01I am very dissatisfied with this high end salon. I chose this higher end salon due to the amazing reviews, and I have yet to be completely satisfied with the services my daughter and I received. My daughter requested a shadow root with highlights and lowlights, and her hair looked exactly the same when she left. At her consultation we expressed how her hair always looked “yellow” and that we wanted a pretty, bright blonde with some shadow roots and dimension. Her hair still looks yellow and there is no dimension to her hair. She is upset that her hair looks the same as before, and that there is no change. I simply wanted a blonde ombré, and my hair went from a brighter blonde, to a darker blonde/brown color. I expressed how I felt my hair was already dull and a little darker blonde, and wanted it brightened, and now it’s all dark. I am completely dissatisfied and feel like I should not have to complain about every service to have it corrected to what I originally came in for.

2024-10-17The customer service is amazing as is the quality of work! Shay is fantastic. On my last trip, the color I thought I wanted, didn’t quite turn out the way that I thought it would, they were willing to fix it the very next day, no questions asked! It turned out beautiful, once we made a couple tweaks. No biggie. I cannot recommend them enough, love them all!

2024-07-24I had a wonderful facial and eye brow shaping with Anna. This was my first time at the salon and everyone was very friendly and helpful including the staff working the front desk. They took the time to show me all the different treatment locations (hair, nails, and rooms for facials) and gave me a brief but not pushy intro to some of their products. A hidden gem in Angola. Looking forward to my next appointment at Panache later this week!
