Tessah, the owner, has a way of making you feel right at home and so relaxed when getting your hair done. I get so many compliments and it is all because of her. This last time I decided to get blue in my hair and because she cares about my hair suggested extensions so I didn’t have to bleach my hair and I love it so so much!

She stayed very late when the color didn’t go as planned due to my hard water and offered me soda and snacks. My color turned out more than perfect looks and feels so natural and comfortable she messaged me a couple days later to check in and see how it looked in natural lighting as it was dark in the salon when I left. 10/10 I will be coming back and telling all my friends!!

She not only applied them beautifully, but also gave me great tips on which brands to look for (and avoid), and how to properly care for my new hair. Her attention to detail is incredible, and she truly took such great care of my hair throughout the entire process. I left the salon feeling confident and like I had made a new friend. The atmosphere at Ivy Jo is so warm and welcoming—completely different from other salons I’ve been to in the past. I would absolutely recommend anyone looking for hair extensions to go see Tessah.
