Summit Salon Academy Anderson

The individuals that work the desk area lack a lot to be desired. We went in two days in a row due to the process of what we were doing took a long time which was fine. The first day the gentleman at the desk was told me we couldn't get my daughters hair done because it was too late in the day when the Lady that scheduled us specifically told us 6 was the late appointment for color. When I started to question it and get a little frustrated (left work early and drove an hour) he became snarky and rude. I asked to speak to a supervisor and he told me it would do no good but I said I wanted to anyways. About 15 minutes later the sweetest stylist ever came and got my daughter and did her hair. We have absolutely nothing but amazing things to say about our stylist as she worked long and hard to make my daughters dream hair happen. When we came back the next day (left work early again and drove an hour) we were told by the girl at the desk that I had called and canceled my appointment. 15-20 minutes of back and forth and being told my payment the day before didn't go through and a bunch of nonsense, they determine they got us mixed up with another client. All this to say no issues with the stylist or supervisors as they were all very helpful and nice. The front desk needs better communication for sure!

I had my daughter's prom hair and makeup done at Summit. They did a fantastic job. Their customer service is great as everyone we talked to was friendly. The stylist spent the time to make her hair perfect. The artist worked with the makeup to enhance her beauty even more. Would definitely recommend these stylists as they work their way through their education.

First time I got my nails done at Summit was this past Friday morning. By Saturday morning I already had 2 nails pop off. Here it is Monday afternoon and the whole set is off. I understand it’s a beauty college but a set of Gel X nails should last more than 3 days. As picture shows the whole set that has came off. I didn’t even have to scrap glue or anything off my nails because there was none. Not sure how that is.

Emilee did such a great job with my hair! She was friendly, and really listened to what I wanted. I already set up another appointment, and made sure it was with her. Price was great!
