2022-09-01^posting under Husband's account ! I want to give a huge shout out to Lacey for doing my hair yesterday. I came in spur of the moment .. before a doctor's appointment and as a walk in. She did the greatest job I've ever had done on my hair. I CUT A SIGNIFICANT AMOUNT OFF WITH NO APPOINTMENT, and she wasnt fazed.I don't know if I fully expressed how great she was. Usually I leave a salon and cry in my car yesterday was perfect! Will be back !

2024-09-14I can’t review the salon as a whole, but the stylist I went to did not do my hair correctly. The color was not even put on roots or ends. I showed a picture when I got there. She said I couldn’t do it but she had an idea what I liked. It was completely opposite! I message her later asking for it to be redone. She was going to charge me to fix it. I had some other stylist look at it and they said it was done wrong. We I reached out to her again she was trying to prove to me she did right. No apology. Never had anyone charge for a color correction and try to prove they were right. Horrible customer service.

2023-09-15I’ve been going here to get my eyebrows done with Kaley for the past couple of months and she’s done a really good job. She’s gentle, kind, and very welcoming. The Salon is very well kept, lots of lighting and friendly! LOVE the color scheme

2020-05-31Have been with Laci for more than 3 years now! She has been phenomenal! Professional and accommodating! An excellent stylist ... I have never had a hair cut or style that I wasn’t pleased with! The new location is very nice....lots of parking & I love the big sunny windows!

2023-06-08Kaley was amazing, she knew what hairstyle I was trying to go for and she made it happen. My hair was needing some help. My before is the orange shirt and my after is outside the salon. I couldn't wait to take a picture of my hair. The environment was clean and had a homie feeling it also made me feel welcomed. I didn't have to experience a wait time, as soon as I walked in I was in a seat. I was very happy with the quality of Kaley's work, we spoke through the haircut process as well as how to style it at home, she made me feel comfortable while I was getting my hair done. I want to say Thank you for being my hairdresser today. My son had to come with me on my journey and everyone was so nice to him. There will not be any more searching around for a salon, I have found one. My destination is Palms Salon.
